Great service! Lots of surprise from Sheraton team for our anniversary. The view was breathtaking. We also had lounge access which was also wonderful. The people are friendly. Love to come back!

the staff are very friendly,buffet breakfast is good too

The shower room is too small. Bed is too old. A lot of things are old. Rare to see front door staff to help open door or helping luggage. Breakfast is ok.

Good services and the breakfast is so professional. PHO ( noodle ) is so good taste. The room is so big and comfortable ! The bath is so good!

Nothing unexpected from the Sheraton, this was a great hotel for business travel and met all my expectations.

This is a Very good  and clean hotel and will stay next time again.

Best hotel in Haiphong, I like that floor-to-ceiling window looking at the city view from my room is superb. Great staff great service and bar at the hotel
