We just stayed for one night. The Staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are good for this amount of Money.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen We were greeted by an overpowering strong urine smell in the foyer. We were met by front staff who had no English and no idea that we had a booking through with wot if. Eventually we got a Seaview room which had an 2cm slither view of the ocean between the buildings. The room smelt of mothballs and the sheets were dirty. They changed the sheets and I complained that the second set were dirty as well. Cleaner said it’s only coffee stain? Do I have to put up with that. We dumped bags went to a beautiful hotel on the esplanade with a great view went back to galaxy and immediately checked out we refused to stay the night. They can keep our accomodation money we were just happy to get out of there. They couldn’t be bothered to use a internet translation Would not recommend this place

The hotel has a beautiful, central location, near many delicious seafood restaurants and cafes, convenient for living and going out, especially at night. The hotel owner is friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast. Family stayed for 2 days, enjoying Cat Ba in winter, running in the morning, walking in the afternoon, great atmosphere and scenery!

What a great experience for a bargain price! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions and offer advice. The breakfast was a great way to start the day after a very comfortable and quiet night in a clean and well maintained room. Great location, great communication and I definitely recommend anyone to stay here on their holiday! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The hotel is in a good location and good value for the price. The place was clean. A few things could be improved , the TV had picture but no sound, the Wi Fi was spotty and kept cutting out.It would be nice to have complimentary water in the room.The staff were pleasant , the breakfast was basic .

Clean hotel and room! The room looked exactly like the pictures. Clean bathroom, immediate hot water and functional AC. The staff was helpful and always smiling. Located just a couple hundred meters from the water and lots of good restaurants around. I recommend!

I stayed for a few nights in Galaxy Hotel and it was a wonderful experience! I booked a boat tour which I highly recommend and spent the next day exploring the island on a motorbike that you can also get from the hotel! It's perfectly located to check out local restaurants and the night life and the staff were super helpful in organising everything! The free breakfast was a great way to start the day and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and had the amenities you need to feel comfortable. Helped us arrange a boat trip of Ha Long Bay that was brilliant and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Wifi was a bit temperamental in some spots but they did have a lot of hubs to try to get a good coverage.
