The hotel was absolutely fantastic! On the day of check-in, they called to ask if we needed parking. When they heard it was a reservation for my elderly parents, they immediately assured me they would take good care of them and upgraded our room from a windowless one to a better one. My parents were very satisfied, and they said the breakfast was delicious. All in all, it was a great stay. If you're ever in Hami, this is the place to choose!

Facilities: Comprehensive. The entire four-story building is quiet with a direct-access elevator. Cleanliness: Clean and odor-free. Environment: Great, cozy, elegant, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. Service: The attitude was amazing! So warm and sincere, it almost made me, an outsider, feel embarrassed. There are many old-brand restaurants nearby, including Hunan, Xinjiang, Sichuan cuisine, and barbecue. Ablamiti Jiang's naan is very famous, with queues every day. The Jiang Xiaoyu Clay Pot Hotpot & BBQ in the nearby snack street is the best – highly recommend trying it!

This hotel is perfect for travelers! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The location is convenient for getting around and running errands. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and it offers great value for money. This time, I even got to experience the Hami Melon Festival and felt the warm hospitality of the Hami people. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!

First time visiting this area, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly! The room was also spotlessly clean and tidy, making for a super comfortable stay. The level of service here definitely deserves a huge thumbs up; I'll be staying here again on my next trip.

The service was great; both the front desk staff and the security guard were very welcoming. They even gave us a complimentary Hami melon. It was a good first stop in Hami. I wouldn't recommend the snack street nearby though. We went for a midnight snack at a lamb rib BBQ place in Populus euphratica forest, and it felt like it was run by outsiders because the food wasn't good.

This hotel was our choice when my family and I drove through Hami. It's located in the city center with convenient parking. The room was clean, spacious, and offered great value for money. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. When we asked about the driving route for the Grand Sea route, they not only answered our questions enthusiastically but also suggested an even better route. Truly excellent!

The room is basic and the toilet is really small. The toilet’s layout is very inconvenient. However the customer service is good. If you’re looking to just sleep for the night, it’s okay. We’re given a whole Hami Melon when checking out.

had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff were super friendly, polite and responsive to every request. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and transportations. The breakfast tasted great with plenty of choices. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed there for a couple of days and people were very friendly from the beginning

The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped, making it comfortable for the elderly guests. The staff were also very welcoming. It was great value for money. There's a local restaurant right outside the hotel that's been serving delicious local food for over ten years; their braised chicken with potatoes is absolutely amazing!

The bar service is very good. The triple room is a bit small, the facilities are average, the bathroom is not big, the shower water is good and big. The female security guard at the door is very friendly and helpful with luggage and directions. The breakfast variety is OK, but the taste is average.
