"I reckon choice of decent hotel is limited in Hami so this property, though not really up to Hampton standard, deserves all the smilies, esp. when 1) it's a smoke-free room (hard to come by in this part of China) and 2) they gave me an upgrade. I also liked their breakfast and coffee. The shower sewage gave out foul smell so bad that I had to block it with a towel. The hotel didn't do anything about it though despite my complaint."

"The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. The security staff were friendly as well."

"This is the best stay we have had all the way from Shandong to Xinjiang. The new store has a very good environment and service. The rooms are fully intelligent and they also gave us an extra breakfast coupon. Thank you to the two sisters Chunchun and Huanhuan at the front desk. Breakfast was also great. And the receptionist lady is so pretty, so pretty, so pretty, I couldn’t muster the courage to take a photo and ask for my contact information."
