Hami Hotels with Parking

We had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

Facilities: Comprehensive. The entire four-story building is quiet with a direct-access elevator. Cleanliness: Clean and odor-free. Environment: Great, cozy, elegant, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. Service: The attitude was amazing! So warm and sincere, it almost made me, an outsider, feel embarrassed. There are many old-brand restaurants nearby, including Hunan, Xinjiang, Sichuan cuisine, and barbecue. Ablamiti Jiang's naan is very famous, with queues every day. The Jiang Xiaoyu Clay Pot Hotpot & BBQ in the nearby snack street is the best – highly recommend trying it!

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

The room is newly renovated. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the train station. Downstairs is a supermarket and a pedestrian street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The waitress at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The hotel has a parking lot. Overall it is very convenient! It will be my first choice next time I come.

Due to time constraints, I booked a room there with a 'let's see' attitude. Upon arrival and seeing the room, I found it had no windows. After discussing this with the front desk, they enthusiastically helped me upgrade to a room with a window (though it was only a small half-window, perhaps because of the lower room rate – a bit disappointing, but what can you do when you're on a budget?). During check-in, the front desk informed me that dinner was complimentary (this was a pleasant surprise! At dinner time, I saw many guests happily enjoying their meal. Although the variety was limited, the Dapanji, fruit, and congee were really delicious, thumbs up 👍). Overall, I personally feel the hotel's cleanliness is good, the service is excellent, the environment I'd rate 4 points and needs improvement, but the price is very affordable (oh, I forgot to mention the hotel also provided complimentary welcome fruit). Thumbs up to this hotel in Hami, well done 🤝

Facilities: Very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Very clean, the cleaning staff were very prompt. Environment: Soundproofing was decent. Service: The front desk staff member was genuinely, genuinely, incredibly enthusiastic! He even upgraded our room type, thoughtfully informed us about the late-night snack service and breakfast location, and even came to our room to remind us about the late-night snack. He also brought us a fruit platter – truly, truly enthusiastic! 😁😁😁 Also, because of a team-building event, I got a bit drunk. When I was going upstairs, the security guard kindly asked if I could find my room, which felt really heartwarming. The next day, after going out to buy something, I came back to find the room spotlessly cleaned by the cleaning staff. All our belongings were neatly arranged, all the disposable amenities were replaced with new ones, and all the rubbish was taken away.

Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

It was a pleasant surprise to enter the lobby, very large, spacious and comfortable, the front desk was very warm, and the check-in was completed soon! ^_^, the newly opened hotel, the environment is very good, the room is very clean, the hot water is superb, the bed is very comfortable, the sleep is beautiful, the price is high, recommended to friends!

The room is clean and tidy. The family room is a suite that is very large. It is also very convenient to stop production. It is right at the entrance of the hotel. There is also a charging station. There is a restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast has Chinese and Western food. This is the most satisfactory hotel among all the hotels I have stayed in.

Decent affordable hotel suitable for foreigners. Staff were very friendly although they could not speak English. Only downside is that it is a bit far from the train station and historic sites in the city.
