The rooms are very beautifully furnished, and each place reveals the owner's intentions and taste. The beds are soft and comfortable. The landlord's service also made me very satisfied, warm but not too disturbing, and the recommended surrounding restaurants were also great. Driving back to Guangzhou from Xinjiang for a long time, I was tired. Originally, I booked a room for a friend, and another friend and I didn't plan to be good. When we arrived at the store in the early morning, the boss saw that the three of us were exhausted. He didn't say anything, and gave us an extra room to let us rest for free! This kind of kindness to send charcoal in the snow made us feel the warmth of home instantly. The room is clean and comfortable. The boss's thoughtfulness and trust for the sake of the guests is the most touching place! In the era of rules everywhere, this human touch is particularly precious.

GGuest UserThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

Kkayh88Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, slippery and the washing machine in the bathroom will be all wet when you bathe. WC in most rooms are not functioning smoothly. WiFi connectivity is poor. The auto curtain in my room spoilt the next day. The smart gadget in my room cannot function as network connectivity is problematic. The good thing is the auto water boiler and dispenser and coffee warmer in each room.

GGuest UserWe stayed 1 night on our train journey through Xinjiang. Given the spread out layout of Hami, it was reasonably close to the train station. The staff was very welcoming and check-in (for foreigners) relatively straightforward. Our room was very spacious and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was also impeccable. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again.
