The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

GGuest UserOur family of three traveled through Hami and booked this hotel. Seeing that we took the children to upgrade our room with the children's bed. The whole service was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean and tidy, the laundry and drying were fully equipped, and the takeaways were delivered by robots. My son especially liked it. My husband used the car wash service, and he greatly praised even small brushes! The tools are too complete and very new! We have to set the return trip! Not Guangzi, real experience!

The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.
