4-Star Hotels in Hami

We booked this hotel when we were passing through Hami on our way back from Urumqi. It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. I don't know what's going on. I hope it can be improved.

Hotel location is good to find, navigation is accurate, there is a car wash nearby. The little girl at the front desk had a good attitude and upgraded the room. She said it was a little bigger than before (I don’t know what the Trip.com was). The room was clean and hygienic. Although the sheets and quilts were not new, they were very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep. Go to breakfast at 7:30 in the morning. The result is that the hotel opens at 8 o'clock (we also think it is a regular 7 o'clock meal, go early), but there is nothing to eat, there are not many things on the stage, barely eat a little. Insufficient: The overall feeling is that Hami is not atmospheric in Vienna International. For example: 1. The bathroom conditioner has not been pressed out, there is still a little inside, but the bottle is fixed on the table, can not be poured out at all; the hand sanitizer in the bottle is also left with a bottom; 2. Because you have to take Chinese medicine for a long time, you need to fry yourself. It turned out that you bring a large bucket of water when you go out. Later, most hotels can meet the water demand. In the past two years, you will not bring it. The front desk of the hotel said that you can give up to 6 small bottles at a time. Although people do things according to the regulations, they feel speechless and are afraid of comparison: Yesterday, I stayed in Jiayuguan all season. I told the front desk that I wanted bottled water. Soon the robot sent 8 bottles. The front desk also said that I was not enough to call at any time. The day before yesterday, Yinchuan Vienna International, the elevator was filled with water, and I needed to pick it up. Although it was not a big deal, it was thoughtful service. 3. Because breakfast was early, there was not much to eat, my husband asked the female chef who was cooking noodles on the operating table if he could ask for a bowl of noodles. He was immediately refused to say no, and then fished out a bowl of noodles to the restaurant security; 4. The fruit for breakfast is not fresh. Some Korla fragrant pears have been licked and bruised. They look unclean and seem to have not been washed. The apricot-sized nectarines are also rotten. Because they have been taken by hand, it is not easy to put it back. Prepare to take it away. The female chef immediately stopped saying that she could not take it out (it was very responsible), and when my husband said that when the evaluation was about to say, she immediately said, take it, take it, not enough. Compare the whole season again. When I checked in, the little girl at the front desk said that I might not be able to eat lunch on the road the next day. After breakfast, I could take a little bit of food on the road. At breakfast, I took 2 more Xiaolongbao. Not only did they not stop, they also gave a bag intimately. No better than not knowing, the gap is obvious. In short, no guest here is God and a feeling of being at home.

The room is very big and the bedding is comfortable! There is a large amount of water for bathing, branded products for shampooing and bathing, breakfast in the morning is very rich, and the price/performance ratio is very high. As the only way to go to Haidao the next day, transportation is convenient to go and back! Highly recommended!

I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter. There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

Awesome! I originally stayed here because there was a washing machine, but after I came in, I was pleasantly surprised in every place. Although the room was not big, it was clean, tidy and beautiful, and many details were designed to be very user-friendly. The attitude of the people in each department was very good. The laundry room even provides laundry detergent~ It is really a well-managed hotel. I have become a member this time and plan to stay at Atour in the future.

The single room is clean and warm, with drinks and bottled purified water. There is also a water purifier in the room to boil drinking hot water. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the security guards help arrange parking and pick up luggage. I personally feel good about it, and it is better than the hotel across the road.

There are many varieties and balanced nutrition. Although there is less meat, there are many varieties and plenty of eggs and milk. Their milk is fresh milk from Xinjiang, delicious!

The room was noisy, probably from the exhaust fan vibrating, and the windows had poor soundproofing, which severely affected my sleep. I asked for the sheets to be changed, but was told they're only changed every three days. The hotel really needs a good overhaul.
