The laundry room is the best in the hotel I have ever stayed in. 4 sets of washing and drying, shoe washing machine, disinfection machine are all available, the bags are neatly arranged, and the clothes are soft and soft. There is a charging station downstairs and the tram is friendly. The overall service awareness is very high, the front desk staff is very smart, the aunt who is doing hygiene saw that I was not good at holding things and pressed the elevator and rushed to help me press the elevator. To get more water, you just dial 0, and they deliver it promptly without needing your room number. The air conditioning also works very well. Service: All services are very well-executed, and the self-service car wash is super convenient. It includes everything from high-pressure rinsing, foam wash, tire wax, interior cleaning guns, and vacuum cleaners to various cleaning agents.

We booked this hotel when we were passing through Hami on our way back from Urumqi. It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. 酒店位置好找，導航精準，附近有洗車店。前台小姑娘態度挺好，給升級了房間，説是比之前的大一點（也不知道攜程定的是什麼樣的），房間乾淨衞生，床單被子雖然不是新的，但很乾凈，床和枕頭睡着舒服，早上7：30去吃早餐，結果酒店是8點開餐（我們還認為是常規的7點開餐，去早了），但可以有什麼吃什麼，台上東西不多，勉強吃了一點。不足：整體感覺哈密這家維也納國際不大氣。如：1.衞生間護髮素已經按不出來了，裡邊還有點，但是瓶子被固定在枱子上，根本無法倒出；瓶子裏的洗手液也衹剩一個底兒；2.因要長期服中葯，需自己煎，原來出門都是自己帶大桶水，後來大多數酒店都能滿足用水需求，近兩年也就不帶了，酒店前台説一次最多給6小瓶，雖然人家是按規定辦事，但很覺無語，凡事就怕對比：昨天在嘉峪關全季入住，跟前台説要瓶裝水，很快機器人就送來8瓶，前台還説不夠隨時打電話；前天住的銀川維也納國際，電梯處就放着水，需要就去取，雖然事不大，但提現出周到的服務；3.因早餐去早了，吃的東西還不多，老公問正在操作枱上煮麪的女廚師能不能要碗麪，當即被拒絕説沒有，緊接着就撈出一碗麪給了餐廳保安；4.早餐的水果不新鮮，庫爾勒香梨有的已經蔫了且磕碰傷多，看着不乾淨，貌似沒洗過，杏子大小的油桃尖尖也是爛的，因已經用手拿過了，不好再放回去，就準備帶走，那個女廚師馬上制止説不能往外帶（倒是很負責的），等我老公説到時候評價時説下時，她馬上又説，拿吧拿吧，不夠還有。再對比一下全季，入住時前台小姑娘説第二天路上可能無法吃午飯，早餐後可以帶一點路上吃，早餐時就多拿了2個小籠包，人家不但不阻止，還貼心的給了一個袋子。不比不知道，一比差距就很明顯了。總之，在這裏沒有客人是上帝以及賓至如歸的感覺。

I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter. There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

The single room is clean and warm, with drinks and bottled purified water. There is also a water purifier in the room to boil drinking hot water. I was on a business trip to Naomaohu and stayed at the Jintai Hotel, and it was a great experience. The hygiene was excellent; the room felt fresh the moment I walked in. The staff even turned on the air conditioning before I arrived. The blackout curtains worked perfectly. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hot water pressure was strong and consistent, making for a very comfortable shower – it really washed away the day's fatigue. They offer a free breakfast, and the restaurant environment is pleasant. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary bottled water, no limits there! Plus, parking right outside is very convenient with a large parking lot and even fast-charging stations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
