Outstanding
XXteroI enjoyed this hotel so much that i extended my stay another night. The staff helped me move my things to another room. Communication was very good and service was perfect. After 2 nights i was feeling very refreshed. A perfect hotel in Hami.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient, the service is good, the enthusiasm is high, and the boss is very enthusiastic. Mainly affordable, parking is free, not far from the high-speed entrance and exit, very satisfied with the stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel! Warm and hospitable, sincere and caring, and feel particularly comfortable throughout the stay. The room was cleaned, spotless, and the sanitary conditions were particularly good. The smart rooms in the whole house are convenient and advanced, and the living atmosphere is full. The location of the hotel is quiet and quiet, the rest is particularly stable at night, there is no noise interference, the accommodation experience is full, it is really recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was average. I originally booked a twin bed. As a result, I said that there was no room for the 3-bed shelf bed arranged for us. There was a problem with the hand sanitizer on the sink. I was splashed with a light touch. The smell of smoke in the room was also heavy.

Landlord service: Enthusiastic! Enthusiastic! I especially like the landlord brother and sister! It is very easy to communicate. When we arrived, we responded quickly and handed over the procedures. Because we saw the barbecue rack and wanted to barbecue on the spur of the moment, the landlord generously provided us with various tools and auxiliary materials. (As always, I chose Homeinn Hotel. Although it is small and well-equipped, it is clean and comfortable, and the staff has good service attitude. The hotel wi-fi is strong, and there is no electricity 100 meters away when you go out. There is a Xinjiang Chicken Restaurant and a convenience store at the end of the line. There is also a Washington fast food restaurant.

The parking lot is very large, it is the best hotel in the county, but the facilities are a bit old, it is recommended to improve, the door card room number is not clear, the two sides are different, when I went up, I opened the wrong door, and it actually opened. It shocked me and the people inside. It should be improved and there is no breakfast. It's not convenient to eat.
