3-Star Hotels in Hami

Our family of six traveled during the Spring Festival, and this hotel satisfied everyone. The rooms were spacious, the environment quiet, and the cleanliness was excellent. Even the elderly member of our family, who is a bit of a clean freak, was quite pleased, saying it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were prepared with great care. No matter what time we went to eat, they were always hot and plentiful. From check-in to check-out the next day, the staff were all smiling, polite, and attentive. When we left, the receptionist thoughtfully asked if we needed to take a few bottles of water with us. I said one bottle was enough, but they even gave us a complete set of slippers and other amenities as a gift, along with a festive red tote bag – perfect for the New Year. I believe this thoughtful hotel will also prosper.

The hotel's lounge area is very elegant, and the overall decor is quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they even offer dinner and breakfast. The hotel is just over a kilometer from attractions like Altun Ancient Street and the Prince's Mansion, making it convenient whether you're walking or driving.

The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

This time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars. The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home. Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

The location of the hotel is very good, there is parking space, and it is convenient to travel. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the palace and the museum. The hotel's front desk and room service staff were all very nice, and they even gave me mooncakes on the night of my check-in, which happened to be August 16th. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities. The breakfast tastes good. The only problem is that our room is close to the elevator. The elevator makes a loud noise when it starts up at night, which is too disturbing for sleep, so the facilities cannot be given full marks.

Airport pick-up and high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off services: You can book the airport pick-up and drop-off service in advance, which is very good Heart-warming late night snack: It was already 9pm when we arrived at the hotel, so we missed dinner time. Yogurt and bread were given when checking in, which was very considerate. Service: The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I was afraid that I would not be able to return to the hotel when the check-out time came, so I left my room card at the front desk and delayed my check-out. Facilities: The audio-visual king-size bed room you booked can also be used to project and watch movies, which is very good if you are a member.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the business district, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also good, the front desk lady 01 is super enthusiastic, I will choose this next time.

The facilities are still new, but I don't know why the bath water flow is very small. It is okay at the beginning of a few minutes. It will become smaller and smaller later, so that it is not strong to wash! The water at the sink was also small. Later, the little girl at the front desk was slightly fuller and enthusiastically repaired it. The facilities were deducted here! The service deduction of one star is that the attitude of individual personnel is relatively cold! Overall, this hotel is worth living! Especially the boss, when he wants to change to a bigger room because of more luggage, he actively tries to solve it. Give this attitude a thumbs up 👍

The hotel is located in the center of the county, and it is very convenient to go out to the pedestrian street. The service is OK, not comparable to the big city, but it is OK in the county. The underground parking lot is large and very convenient. But I don't know if it is because of the new decoration, the room facilities are either a problem here or there. When I first arrived, the air conditioning in the room was very small. I couldn't see it from the engineering department. I changed the room for us. The air conditioning was good, but the TV and network could not be used. Think about it. I took the wifi next door and I will deal with it. Overall it's OK, but the price is not very high to be honest.

This is the only hotel on Dahaidao. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. For a hotel like this in the Gobi Desert, it's quite good. We booked two rooms, and one had a problem with the shower. When the boys showered, the bathroom floor was flooded. We called the front desk, and someone came to check it out. They couldn't find the cause, but simply wiped the water away with a floor towel. The second person showered, learning from their mistakes, and quickly fixed the problem. The bathroom was still flooded. Furthermore, there was no floor drain, so we had to wipe it away with a towel. The service was questionable, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the food was okay.
