Xxinxinxin320We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the surrounding area was more convenient. There was food downstairs, and the next morning there was a larger supermarket downstairs, as well as several kiosks. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

PPiaoye07The location of the hotel is very good, there is parking space, and it is convenient to travel. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the palace and the museum. The hotel's front desk and room service staff were all very nice, and they even gave me mooncakes on the night of my check-in, which happened to be August 16th. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities. The breakfast tastes good. The only problem is that our room is close to the elevator. The elevator makes a loud noise when it starts up at night, which is too disturbing for sleep, so the facilities cannot be given full marks.

Service: I really praise the store of this store. I didn’t have time to ask your surname and my girlfriend to come to this store. Since Xinjiang is very dry, the hotel does not have body lotion. The store always bought a box of body lotion directly. It was really responsible. 👍 Very satisfied with the accommodation experience.

The tv , eventhough already adjusted by the housekeeping staff during checkin... The next morning it came back to the same where we unable to watch the free CCTV channels.
The hotel provide free buffet dinner at 7pm to 8pm.
And we have hotel buffet breakfast from 8pm onwards.
The dinner n breakfast is rich with varieties.
The hotel also provides free transfer to Hami railway station.

Very satisfied with this trip! The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the attitude was particularly good. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The overall environment is quiet, the facilities are well maintained, the price is super high, I will choose this next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

The chef who is playing games does not lift his head. The lid of the vegetable box keeps opening. The dishes will be cold for a while, and the steamed buns are also cold. Hope it can be improved.
