AAnonymous UserThe environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

📍 Excellent location: The hotel has a great location, it is a place to eat when you go out, the spicy chicken is delicious, the Altun Ancient Street is also very close, the surrounding business districts are also very mature, eating and shopping one-stop solution.
💁♀️ Intimate service: From the front desk to room service, people are like spring breeze. The front desk Yuan Yuan checked in efficiently and professionally, and also actively recommended surrounding food. The aunt in the room cleaned very carefully, responsive and responded super fast.
🛏️ Comfortable facilities: the room is spacious and bright, the sanitation is spotless, and even the corners are clean. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I don't want to get up when I lie down. The sound insulation effect is also very good, and I sleep well all night.
🍽️ Rich breakfast: There are many types of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and freshly cooked noodle stalls/powders, which taste great and are full of energy for a day's itinerary.
In short, both hardware and software are impeccable, cost-effective, will choose here next time, highly recommended to friends!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

GGuest UserGood place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

TTaikangxunziThe facilities are still new, but I don't know why the bath water flow is very small. It is okay at the beginning of a few minutes. It will become smaller and smaller later, so that it is not strong to wash! The water at the sink was also small. Later, the little girl at the front desk was slightly fuller and enthusiastically repaired it. The facilities were deducted here! The service deduction of one star is that the attitude of individual personnel is relatively cold! Overall, this hotel is worth living! Especially the boss, when he wants to change to a bigger room because of more luggage, he actively tries to solve it. Give this attitude a thumbs up 👍

CCammienoodleWe had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was incredibly friendly! I booked a king-size bed room, but it was full upon check-in, so they upgraded me to a superior twin room for free. There's also a shared laundry room. I was passing through Hami on a business trip, and this place is super convenient as it's close to the train station. A pleasant surprise was the gym equipment; it was too cold to go for a walk, so I could work out here. Excellent value for money, overall a great experience.
