The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully laid out. The large parking lot in front of the hotel made parking a breeze, and the hotel environment was very quiet. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, and even proactively upgraded my room. Breakfast was also fantastic; I especially loved the apricots and watermelon, they were so sweet. The hotel restaurant is open to the public, which is convenient for dining. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hami.

The environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

Awesome! I originally stayed here because there was a washing machine, but after I came in, I was pleasantly surprised in every place. Although the room was not big, it was clean, tidy and beautiful, and many details were designed to be very user-friendly. The attitude of the people in each department was very good. The laundry room even provides laundry detergent~ It is really a well-managed hotel. I have become a member this time and plan to stay at Atour in the future.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that i extended my stay another night. The staff helped me move my things to another room. Communication was very good and service was perfect. After 2 nights i was feeling very refreshed. A perfect hotel in Hami.

I have to mention how incredibly comfortable the bedding was – the soft mattress and clean sheets ensured I enjoyed a sweet sleep every night. Overall, this stay left a very deep impression on me. Both the hardware and software aspects of this hotel are of a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to staying again.

Wangxihong Hotel has good sanitary conditions and the room is very clean, whether it is sheets and quilts or bathroom supplies. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and Tianma Shopping Mall, and it is convenient to eat. There is a Xinjiang specialty restaurant next to it - Yuloulan. The staff are very enthusiastic, basically responsive, efficient and able to solve problems in time. I feel very happy on the journey, the price is also very affordable, very satisfied,

The hotel has complete facilities, heating has been turned on, and the rooms with underfloor heating are very warm. The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

The facilities are still new, but I don't know why the bath water flow is very small. It is okay at the beginning of a few minutes. It will become smaller and smaller later, so that it is not strong to wash! The water at the sink was also small. Later, the little girl at the front desk was slightly fuller and enthusiastically repaired it. The facilities were deducted here! The service deduction of one star is that the attitude of individual personnel is relatively cold! Overall, this hotel is worth living!
