The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

The front desk service is warm and efficient, the room is more spacious and clean than expected, the bedding is comfortable, and the night is good. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~

Heart-warming late night snack: It was already 9pm when we arrived at the hotel, so we missed dinner time. Yogurt and bread were given when checking in, which was very considerate.
Service: The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I was afraid that I would not be able to return to the hotel when the check-out time came, so I left my room card at the front desk and delayed my check-out.
Facilities: The audio-visual king-size bed room you booked can also be used to project and watch movies, which is very good if you are a member.

[Environment] Clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the pillows are very comfortable, the restaurant has ethnic characteristics and rich dishes.
[Service] The service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. The room type is upgraded. The housekeeper is polite and sent a foot bath bucket and a fruit plate. There are patient guides at the elevator exit on the 11th floor. The restaurant and cleaning staff are very polite.
[Parking] Parking is available around the Magic Cube Building. Scan the code at the front desk before leaving the car to get out for free.

GGuest UserThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

This has nothing to do with the store. There are many customers smoking in the house. No matter who is the stall, there is no way to deal with it. This smell is difficult to dissipate. The location is about 6 kilometers from the city center. I found a restaurant with good reviews on Dianping. It was delicious. The consumption of three people was more than 300. The herbal tea was sour and sweet and very delicious. Recommended.
