GGuest UserOur family of six traveled during the Spring Festival, and this hotel satisfied everyone. The rooms were spacious, the environment quiet, and the cleanliness was excellent. Even the elderly member of our family, who is a bit of a clean freak, was quite pleased, saying it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were prepared with great care. No matter what time we went to eat, they were always hot and plentiful. From check-in to check-out the next day, the staff were all smiling, polite, and attentive. When we left, the receptionist thoughtfully asked if we needed to take a few bottles of water with us. I said one bottle was enough, but they even gave us a complete set of slippers and other amenities as a gift, along with a festive red tote bag – perfect for the New Year. I believe this thoughtful hotel will also prosper.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars.
The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home.
Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

GGuest UserAwesome! I originally stayed here because there was a washing machine, but after I came in, I was pleasantly surprised in every place. Although the room was not big, it was clean, tidy and beautiful, and many details were designed to be very user-friendly. The attitude of the people in each department was very good. The laundry room even provides laundry detergent~
It is really a well-managed hotel. I have become a member this time and plan to stay at Atour in the future.

Service: I wanted a room not facing the road, and the front desk arranged it for me. It was very good and clean, but a little cold. The air conditioner was not very hot, maybe I didn't know how to operate it. It was very quiet and convenient for shopping.

SSam7861During the May Day holiday, this price is very cost-effective. The room is clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding and bath towels are clean. There are two parking lots, which is very convenient. The front desk reception is very friendly, especially the Baoan sister, who helped direct parking and helped me use the washing machine. She was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. I will stay here again when I return.

Facilities: The room is not big enough, but the air conditioner cannot be turned on together with the exhaust of the toilet, otherwise the room is not cool at all. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~
The overall hygiene is quite clean~ Pet-friendly🐈⬛

The tv , eventhough already adjusted by the housekeeping staff during checkin... The next morning it came back to the same where we unable to watch the free CCTV channels.
The hotel provide free buffet dinner at 7pm to 8pm.
And we have hotel buffet breakfast from 8pm onwards.
The dinner n breakfast is rich with varieties.
The hotel also provides free transfer to Hami railway station.

Hami Parkland Hotel is located in the bustling area of the city center, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The hotel's exterior design is modern and elegant, reflecting extraordinary taste. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The spacious and bright space, exquisite art decoration and warm and considerate service staff made me feel the warmth of home instantly.
The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable with a reasonable layout. The room is fully equipped, including soft bedding, high-definition LCD TV, comfortable sofa and high-speed wireless Internet. Especially the bedding, it is simply the most comfortable one I have ever stayed in a hotel, allowing me to have a sweet sleep every night.
In terms of dining, Park Lane Hotel Hami also performs well. The hotel's restaurants offer a variety of cuisine, from exquisite Chinese dishes to authentic Western cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is unique, leaving people with endless aftertaste. In addition, the restaurant has a very elegant environment, suitable for spending quality time with friends or family.

GGuest UserThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.
