Hami Hotels with Breakfast

We brought our elderly relatives to Xinjiang for a trip, and they were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The hotel lobby was beautiful and impressive, all the staff were professional and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. After checking out, our elderly relatives left their bags in the room, and the cleaning staff promptly had the front desk contact us. We were truly grateful. The hotel has its own large parking lot, making it very convenient for those driving. It offers five-star hotel quality at an economy hotel price. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Hami.

Our family of six traveled during the Spring Festival, and this hotel satisfied everyone. The rooms were spacious, the environment quiet, and the cleanliness was excellent. Even the elderly member of our family, who is a bit of a clean freak, was quite pleased, saying it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were prepared with great care. No matter what time we went to eat, they were always hot and plentiful. From check-in to check-out the next day, the staff were all smiling, polite, and attentive. When we left, the receptionist thoughtfully asked if we needed to take a few bottles of water with us. I said one bottle was enough, but they even gave us a complete set of slippers and other amenities as a gift, along with a festive red tote bag – perfect for the New Year. I believe this thoughtful hotel will also prosper.

Facilities: Comprehensive. The entire four-story building is quiet with a direct-access elevator. Cleanliness: Clean and odor-free. Environment: Great, cozy, elegant, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. Service: The attitude was amazing! So warm and sincere, it almost made me, an outsider, feel embarrassed. There are many old-brand restaurants nearby, including Hunan, Xinjiang, Sichuan cuisine, and barbecue. Ablamiti Jiang's naan is very famous, with queues every day. The Jiang Xiaoyu Clay Pot Hotpot & BBQ in the nearby snack street is the best – highly recommend trying it!

This time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars. The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home. Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

Generally speaking, there are no major problems, but there are constant minor problems. Facilities: The room is not big enough, but the air conditioner cannot be turned on together with the exhaust of the toilet, otherwise the room is not cool at all. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~ The overall hygiene is quite clean~ Pet-friendly🐈⬛

It was very good and clean, but a little cold. The air conditioner was not very hot, maybe I didn't know how to operate it. It was very quiet and convenient for shopping.

The front desk service was particularly good, the fruit was delivered, the bathroom in the room was clean and bright, the countertop was spotless, and the towels were neatly arranged. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is white and soft, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, and the carpet is clean. The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the details are in place, the rest is particularly stable at night, the stay experience is very comfortable, it is recommended!

It's as good as ever. This is the third time I've stayed here. I really like their breakfast and the service from the ladies! Especially the breakfast is worth recommending. There are many varieties and balanced nutrition. Although there is less meat, there are many varieties and plenty of eggs and milk. Their milk is fresh milk from Xinjiang, delicious!

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.
