I chose this hotel again on my return trip to Xinjiang by self-driving. Parking is convenient, the hotel is in a moderate location, there are many places to eat and shop around, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is good.

This is a very good hotel but the staffs do need some additional training on registering foreigners on their system. We arrived at the hotel after 8pm after 6 hours of long drive and had the unpleasant experience of long check in process at the reception. The staffs were apologetic and obviously struggling to read foreigners' passport, we had to register our details ourselves in the end. Despite all this, the services of the staffs are good in general.

This is my first time staying at a hotel booked by a friend. Parking is very convenient. The lobby on the first floor is spacious and has a nice environment. There is also a piano. The front desk staff is attentive and enthusiastic. They arranged a quiet room far from the elevator. The room is clean and the curtains are smart, which is great. There are hair dryers and toiletries. The water pressure of the shower is also quite strong, and it is comfortable to take a shower. A very good stay experience, I will come again next time.
