衞生還是一如既往的好，希望繼續保持下去！
環境還是很好的，鬧中取靜！
服務很好，很貼心
設施希望給大廳添置一個養生壺，讓客人可以燒壺放心的開水喝。大廳內可適量添置些小點心和水果，這樣會感覺很貼心，咖啡，茶這些有些東西不需要開銷多少，但會讓人感覺酒店有心❤️

很乾凈，而且超級安靜。睡的很舒服，如家的真的很不錯，設施都很新，前台服務也不錯，周圍吃的也不少，邯鄲不大，住這挺好

房間一如既往不大、但是勝在乾淨，裝修的也算舒服、所以繼續過來住。然後酒店評論裏説的早餐問題，我補充一下，我們南方人所説的主食是至少要有炒麪或者炒飯、因為饅頭這種主要是山河四升地區的人當主食，其他地方都是喜歡吃炒麪、麪條或者米飯的。酒店還是應當考慮全國各地的人都會過來。另外兩所説的主食成本並不高。而且旁邊的如家Neo的早餐就有這方面的主食。另外一點、辦理入住的時候，前台應該是臨時頂替人員、問我第二天什麼時候退房，我直接來句不知道。這種問題很可笑，你前台怎麼能這麼問，衹要是12點前退房不就好了。就算你第二天大床房預訂滿了、你也必須做好12點才會出來房間的準備。酒店重視一下這些問題。

服務很差勁 説話簡直和有仇一樣 開放前非的讓添加什麼客服微信 感覺不添加微信不讓辦入住一樣 退房也不提前説 等過點了直接加收鐘點房錢 還説什麼兩點退房的提前10分鐘打電話通知 出去這麼久第一次見吃象這麼難看的酒店 和前台説話態度很強硬 氣的我都要報警了
房間環境不錯 就是房頂有點低很壓抑

衞生：床單被罩有些細毛毛 希望可以精進
環境：環境不錯 大窗户視野很好 屋裡的茶桌 我覺得可以換成麻將桌去賣 會更喜歡
服務：前台小姐姐 張文華 李曉宇 服務很好👍
希望考研上岸
酒店如果更想提升一些好感度 可以在逢考階段 在房間打印上考試祝福信 送個小禮包什麼的 會更讓人驚喜！

酒店還好找所在街還算安靜，門口有一點可以停車，如果沒地方可以停旁邊的小區裏。開車的可以放心去。設施還好，標間鄰街，有些車聲，還好馬路上不亂。房間不大，東西還算齊全。服務員挺好的。早上附近路邊有早市很熱鬧，各種東西都有。很長很熱鬧。離美樂城，博物館，學步橋都還好，打車很方便很快就到了
