Every time I come to the headquarters to report work, I live here. The hotel 🏨 is close to the company, the breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, the room is a bit small, but Hangzhou is understandable.

The hotel is very clean for business travel. Ms. Huang Ying at the front desk arranged a superior king-size bed. The view is good and quiet. The facilities are also new. There is a night light in the sleep mode, but the bedding is very comfortable. Disposable items are provided. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room. The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient to take a taxi or subway.

The hotel is near Gongchen Bridge on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The surrounding environment is good, parking is convenient, and the bathroom layout is reasonable. There is no moisture in the mirror after taking a shower, which shows that the exhaust system is very good. Two buffet breakfasts are also given. I am very satisfied and will choose to stay here next time I come to Hangzhou.

The location is excellent, very close to the Asian Games Park. The room is clean and comfortable, the sheets and quilts are all new, the wifi is also very good, and there is no lag when watching movies. The air conditioning and heating are also good, not cold at all, and the bathroom facilities are complete. The hair lotion is very fragrant, the receptionists at the front desk are also very enthusiastic in their service, the room has been upgraded, and the service attitude is as good as ever. If you have any questions, call the front desk, they will solve your problem quickly, and they are very efficient. I am very satisfied! You are greeted every time you enter, there is a free parking space, and you are treated like a star hotel. I will choose Mercure Hotel next time!

Such a great stay! The staff, from the check in workers, to the security guards, to the ayi’s, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They didn’t speak English but they had a translator device, and one of the workers (Becky I think was her English name?) gave me her wechat so I could contact her with any issues. She also helped me find a coupon so I could upgrade and get breakfast included (which was sooo good). My room was gorgeous and very comfy, would recommend!
