住了兩天，乾淨整潔，周圍也有一些吃飯的，離我們去的地方比較近，開車的話還是方便的，兩個房間適合一個家庭用

客觀評價一下：
服務：老闆入住前交接到位，入住指南寫的很詳細。人很友善。
衞生：真乾淨！
環境：在陽台能看到山，空氣新鮮，公寓樓，晚上比較安靜。
交通：打車方便，地鐵要走路過去，還近。
吃飯：樓下好幾家餐館，一般性都能滿足，點外賣能送到房間門口，不用自己去拿。

定了他們家的loft户型，兩個獨立房間可以住四人，房間乾淨整潔，設施都是新的，次卧還有個小踏踏米的空間，有小朋友喜歡的繪本，積木，大白熊等，哈哈小朋友玩的愛不釋手，民宿樓下有超市，飯店，早餐等，我們定的是去宋城遊玩，來回很方便，老闆人熱情很nice，服務也貼心，總體這是一家讓我們一家人都滿意的民宿，有機會一定再來。

這次是和好友一起來杭州玩的，搜到這家感覺很新，很乾凈，就定了，到房間後還是很舒適的，老闆很用心的打理，挺温馨的。去景點地鐵打車都方便，比去景區住五六百的房子划算多了。還有，老闆人真不錯，走的急，手錶落下了，主動聯繫我，還辛苦幫忙郵寄了，感謝，良心推薦。下次來還住這家。

環境真的很好，乾淨舒適，寬敞，空間大，樓上兩個房間，完美解決一家四口住宿問題，孩子樓上樓下跑，特開心。廁所乾濕分離，房東很用心，還放了香薰。樓下停車吃飯都方便，還有個小花園。服務熱情，入住和退房都很便利。特別棒，住的安心，很推薦。

這是一家讓我們有家一樣感覺的民宿，入住前就周到的發了提示和旅遊簡圖，想去旅遊的看了一目瞭然，民宿主理人熱情好客，是個杭州本人，簡直就是一個活地圖好向導，旅遊建議周到細緻，進房間第一映像就是整潔乾淨，家電齊全，還有温馨告訴牌，上面提示詳盡，還有陽台，雖小晚上坐會還是不錯的，一樓客廳大的電視間距剛剛好，退房時遇到民宿主空着還主動免費送我們到了地鐵站，感謝感謝，下次再來，出門在外遇到這樣的民宿和人良心推薦

房間整體都不錯，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，與圖片相符。民宿空間很大，冰箱洗衣機啥的都有，很適合幾個好友一起出來玩。雖然是loft，難得有兩個房間，還是獨立的都有門的，私隱不錯。點外賣也很方便。地理位置不錯，走幾分鐘是地鐵站，門口馬路上停車居然不收費，良心推薦。

家人來之江的浙一住院，為了陪護方便到醫院對面的小區找酒店，這裏好多民宿，看了那種一套房子隔成兩層的，感覺那種單間房子舉架太矮了，很壓抑，不舒服。看了這家，是loft的，有鏤空，感覺舒服多了，就定了。關鍵是乾淨，剛進門就給人耳目一新的感覺，很清新。老闆服務好，很耐心，我們人多，還給添置了毛巾拖鞋牙刷被子什麼的，都沒收費。值得點贊。

第一次在攜程下單，聽朋友説攜程的價格便宜，對比了還真是。對比了幾家，喜歡這家店的綠色系。入住後超乎預期，性價比超乎想象。大熱天的冰箱裏凍些冷飲還是超棒的。房東很nice，還發來手繪旅遊圖給我們，一直跟我們講哪裡好玩，哪裡是本地人常去的地方，哪裡好吃，再聊下去都快成老友了，希望下次來給我打骨折，哈哈哈哈。
