It was extremely hot in the room and air-conditioning didn't work.

Excellent service. Loved how the staff there showed initiative in offering guests drinks when they arrived / leave, and also that they upgraded my room and gave me breakfast for free. Nice, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out room. Only rant is that the hotel is a big far from all three MRT stations around it for travelers lugging their luggages around if they're arriving on foot.

Nice rooms and good service. Amelia and Emily were both very friendly and helpful.

The experience was awesome. We did and late check in and requested a late check out. They agreed. What a customer service! Rooms were clean with all amenities. Special thanks to Wang Xingxing who really helped us and also Xu Yan. Keep it up!

Wonderful service, the manager and the receiptionist are wonderful, they did everything they could do to help me , thank you again The gym is so small and dont have enough equipment, the variety of breakfast is so little for a foreigner Very convenient location for train travelers, 5 minutes to Hangzou south train station I definetly recommend the hotel

The hotel is located near Hangzhou East Station, which is very close to other places, and it is not far from the Olympic Sports Center, so it is convenient to travel! Next time I go to Hangzhou, I will choose Mercure
