約等於是樓梯下面的一個拐角雜物間，真的小的可憐，雲惠大床那個圖片根本與入住的房間不符，看了兩間，一個是壓根看不見光的走廊窗，一個是開在地上的小窗，真的一言難盡～兩百多住的這種房間，真的很難找到優點…

特別好的一次住宿體驗，必須給個五星好評，前台服務很好，很有親和力。晚間女朋友發現卸粧棉沒有帶，在酒店管家微信裏問了下，沒想到真有，這個價格住的酒店很少有會準備這些的，感覺很好。晚上還去逛了河坊街和西湖，實話西湖不適合我這種懶人逛，河坊街的話東西稍微有點小貴，其他還好蠻有地方特色的，帶女朋友拍拍照出片率還是蠻高的[調皮]

這是我有史以來住過最差勁的酒店 剛進屋收拾行李吧枱就來電話説我這屋吵到其他客人了 我就是開行李收拾東西而已 結果後來我知道為什麼了 隔音簡直太差了 樓道里過一個人好像就是從你頭上邁過去的感覺 隔壁恨不得喘個氣都聽得見 床單被罩臟的不行 全是印字和油點 馬桶蓋子上都是膠和污漬 房間小到倆人在地上走路都直打架 兩個皮箱在屋裡都沒有個地方打開 小到這樣 那窗户就更別提了 簡直是在搞笑 窗户外面不到半米就是一面牆 就這房間簡直了 我就沒見過比這再次的 這純純的給自己出來玩添堵！！！！！！？？

整潔衞生，交通便利！整體非常滿意！和老伴旅遊 入住的都市雲端酒店（西湖音樂噴泉店），距景區也還，由其工程部張經理，工作表現非常認真，祥細解釋，對它工作我們非常滿意，建議領導給予表揚。

十一在網上訂的酒店，酒店位置很好找，離西湖很久，走差不多10分鐘就到了，酒店的前台小姐姐服務很好且很有耐心，客房服務員説房間是今年新裝的，整體簡約整潔、不花哨，一眼看過蠻清爽的，因為是晚上的車，店家也提供了行李免費寄存，實屬很棒👍🏻，不然拉着行李逛西湖屬實吃不消。

桌子上沒擦乾淨，水壺裡還有前一位客人留下的水，枕頭上有多處黃斑，衞生間小的衹夠轉身，房間地毯也是很臟，老酒店了，衞生很差，有兩個房間門鎖還是壞的，要用鑰匙開
