I initial stayed in a room that is directly under the restaurant hence noise from early morning. The helpful staffs changed me to a room that unfortunately has a bad smell from the toilets. I finally stayed in a proper room. Breakfast was good and staffs were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great location. Easy access to subway into hangzhou. Lots of walkable food options. Great staff, very professional and attentive. Gym is awkward to get to but well equipped. Rooms are large bright and quiet.

Thank you very much for upgrading the room for free. The night view from the 27th floor is spectacular. I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor soundproofing! You can hear people talking, going to the toilet, washing hands, and even snoring in the next room clearly!
