Holiday Inn Mulhouse Reviews

I booked a Holiday Inn, but when I checked in, they said they had no rooms, so I was arranged to stay in an apar**ent next door. Although the apar**ent was a large suite with a balcony and two bedrooms, the bed was uncomfortable and the decoration was simple. I negotiated with Ctrip and they refunded me the 200 yuan difference. The apar**ent also didn't provide mineral water. Anyway, it was not very pleasant.

Very practical for spending a quiet night close to Mulhouse without being in the center

Everything is perfect

Hotel close to the airport. It is located near major roads, yet we do not hear outside noise. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff smiling.

Everything was as it should be

I was at this hotel in May for a short stay. It was comfortable, with a nice lobby/bar, swimming pool, fitness room, as well Sauna/steam room. The location is great If you need to travel out of Mulhouse and a 10 minutes drive to the town Centre. There is free parking in front of the hotel where I did not face any problem to find a space. Alternatively the hotel also has secure private parking (with a little charge applied). The hotel staff are very helpful and do their best to take care of the guests. The 2 best things for me personally were, one, the wi-fi connection in the room and lobby/bar was excellent, and secondly, the location from a travel perspective.

We arrived late at night. Parking spots infront of the Hotel are for free. The rooms need an refurbishment, our wall was sprinkeld with stains. The bathroom has a lowered ceeling, and a bathtub as a shower. I'm 1,90m and it's the maximum, just 10cm between my head and the ceeling. The breakfast, the stuff was understuffed and had big problems with the service. They don't refill the expensiv stuff like salmon, bacon, fruits etc. At one point, everything at the "bakery" station was empty. They needed 10 min to refill. We wouldn't book it again.

We stayed one night while driving from Italy back to The Netherlands. I do not have much expectations of 'highway hotels', but this Holiday Inn definitely needs some improving. The room smelled like it hadn't been slept in in years, the door of the bathroom had signs of rotting, there were spiderwebs on the ceiling, stains on the carpet. The staff during breakfast was very welcoming and doing their best but the breakfast was very poor (flies on the meats, fruits that were not ripe) and the carpet on the floor of the breakfast area was so dirty (large stains) that I would not even let my dog stay there.

Ample parking, room basic but clean. However the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide information regarding dinner, breakfast or spa. Husband regularly uses Holiday Inn and we yearly bo9k into hotel travelling to Italy. Will not use Holiday Inn again to outbound stay.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. Very clean and new facility. Dove products in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful!

Good sized very clean room. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Great sleep. Used the gym which was adequate. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to try it. Friendly staff. Good location. Great breakfast. Soya milk. Oat milk. Almond milk. Nice coffee. Great choice of breads and cheese and ham. Not too expensive.

Excellent hotel just off the motorway. Extensive menu in the restaurant and the most amazing ‘petit dejeuner’ we ever had, so much choice and diets catered for. Good black out in the room and very quiet. My only criticism is that we used the hotel underground car park and we were not told that it was €12 a night. The ‘free’ parking filter only apply to the front of the hotel.
