The hotel is very clean, smells good, with great service. Staff are professional and some of them speak English. Berry is one of reception staff that was very helpful. The room is big and clean with all amenities apart from soap. I had no issue with anything.
Only the curtain can only be fully open or fully closed, can't be open partially.

Great hotel in Fuyang district, Hangzhou, very clean and very comfortable. About a twenty minute walk from the main shopping area nearby, but a nice walk along the river. Excellent views, no problems overall.
