Very poor check-in experience! If you are traveling to Hangzhou, then you must not choose this place. The location is particularly inconvenient. My best friend and I decided to travel at the last minute during the Qingming Festival. We had already booked all the better hotels near West Lake and chose this hotel! Hygiene: Let’s talk about hygiene. There are hairs on the bath towel. I’ve been home for several days and no one has given me an explanation (see picture 1). The wontons for breakfast are okay, the white porridge is delicious, forget the rest... Service: I was also very impressed with the service. There was no ice at night. It was said that the restaurant was closed and there was no beer! I didn't have enough coffee so I called the front desk three times and pretended to be dumbfounded but didn't give it away! I had no choice but to order it myself (see picture 4) ! ! ! ! This is really my first and last time staying in Kaiyuan! ! Choose Marriott Hilton in the future!

The environment is okay and the service is okay; but after all, it is a newly opened hotel and there are still many areas for improvement, so the facilities are not given full marks. 1. If the room wifi password is not eight eights, it cannot be used at all. When I reported it to the front desk, I still insisted that it was eight eights, and it could only connect to other rooms; 2. There is a problem with the water temperature control in the bathtub. Even if it is set to the coldest setting, it is still very hot. Adults can barely soak in it, but children cannot soak at all after the water has been drained; 3. The air conditioner still blows cold air after turning on the heating to 30 degrees for a long time; 4. There is no stool in the parent-child room. You can only eat standing up or sitting on the bed. 5. The door to the parent-child bedroom is stuck on the carpet and can hardly be opened or closed, which is very useless. 6. The room phone is broken and cannot contact the front desk. 7. The water in the bathtub in the early stage was reddish, maybe it was rust? ? Just put it in a little and it's gone. New hotels shouldn't have such things. I don't understand. I am making suggestions because I hope the hotel will be better and I hope the store owner will see improvement soon.

I have been staying in Kaiyuan hotels, but this time I was completely changed. I checked in at almost 19 o'clock. The door was open and the power card was plugged in. There was a smell in the shower room and there were oil stains on the table. I called the front desk to change rooms. The front desk service was not bad. Another card was opened and sent to me. I exchanged points for checking out at 14:00, but when I returned to the room at around 11:00 the next day, the waiter was very happy to clean up the room, and I didn't even check out. What kind of management is this? The air conditioner temperature cannot be adjusted, let alone the decoration smell.

After all, it is a newly opened hotel, and the room environment is generally quite satisfactory. The only thing is that the hygiene of the room is very poor, and it is dirty everywhere. In addition, during the breakfast at 8:30 in the morning, the milk in the heating tank was actually It was cold, I was really speechless.

The service attitude is good, there is a gym and laundry room, the breakfast is rich, the room faces the Qiantang River, very good! I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

You can reach the hotel in five minutes' walk from Metro No. 6. There is Kaiyuan Shopping Plaza next to it, so transportation and shopping are super convenient! I booked a river view king bed room. The room was clean and tidy, and you could directly see the Qiantang River view. It was great. The breakfast was also very rich. In short, I will come here next time on a business trip.

I have stayed at other Kaiyuan hotels before and the experience was very good. This one is newly opened. The environment is very good and clean. I have very sensitive skin and severe mysophobia. I didn't feel any discomfort after staying there. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and in place. There is a subway station downstairs. You can take the subway to West Lake in about 12 stops, which is very convenient. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and buying coffee.
