Highly recommend this hotel! The facilities were immaculately clean—from the bright, tidy lounge to spotless bathroom. Aunties is very hardworking, cleaning the the bathroom. Hotel provide daily disposable towel.
The location was ideal, walking distance to Wulin Nightmarket, metro stations, and key attractions like West Lake. For travelers wanting cleanliness and convenience, go for it!

Had an amazing stay here. This hotel has shared bathrooms, but everything is incredibly clean. Staff speaks English and within a 2 minute walk you find plenty of shops, the famous wulin night market and enough places to eat. The subway is also within a short walking distance.

I can’t even fully express the extraordinary experience I had during my 3-day stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel is incredibly clean, as can be seen in the photos I have attached. Additionally, if you’re a gamer like me, this hotel will be your sanctuary. Last but not least, the superb service I received from the staff members was outstanding. In short, enjoy your utmost fully while staying here 😉

The hotel was very clean and the location was incredible. It is only a 5 minute walk from the famous west lake and Wulin street. You can do everything from shopping to enjoying Chinese cultures with only a few minutes from the hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was very friendly and hospitality was at its finest. Everything about the hotel and the surrounding area was explained to us whilst they were walking us to our room. The room was very nice, we chose a double bed room which was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel provides a convenient space under your bed to store your suitcase and bags,also the room was very clean. The hotel provides you with a pair of slippers a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a disposable towel. The amenities in the hotel were amazing, the toilets and the showers were very convenient and clean, they have a terrace with a beautiful view, a lobby with a bar, and even a movie and game room. Overall our experience in hotel was very good and i will be staying with them again when I come back to visit China.

The location is great, very close to Wulin night market and Hangzhou's famous Beishan Rd. It's easy to rent a bike or take a bus around West Lake as it's right in front of the property. The metro is also very close, just make sure you take the right exit (Fengqi station has many exits and I took the wrong one, it took me 45 minutes to walk to find the way).
The facilities are great, you get your own private bedroom, the public areas are spacious and super super clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My phone charger is EU standard so it doesn't work here. The staff helped me borrow a power bank from *******, he told me it was free but I guess there was a charge. I feel very grateful for his kindness.
The price is very reasonable, and I feel like I got a lot more than what I paid for. Highly recommend!!!

Very good location near west lake and Wulin night market, close to the metro station. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, you can communicate in English with the reception personnel.
