I can’t even fully express the extraordinary experience I had during my 3-day stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel is incredibly clean, as can be seen in the photos I have attached. Additionally, if you’re a gamer like me, this hotel will be your sanctuary. Last but not least, the superb service I received from the staff members was outstanding. In short, enjoy your utmost fully while staying here 😉

The hotel was very clean and the location was incredible. It is only a 5 minute walk from the famous west lake and Wulin street. You can do everything from shopping to enjoying Chinese cultures with only a few minutes from the hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was very friendly and hospitality was at its finest. Everything about the hotel and the surrounding area was explained to us whilst they were walking us to our room. The room was very nice, we chose a double bed room which was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel provides a convenient space under your bed to store your suitcase and bags,also the room was very clean. The hotel provides you with a pair of slippers a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a disposable towel. The amenities in the hotel were amazing, the toilets and the showers were very convenient and clean, they have a terrace with a beautiful view, a lobby with a bar, and even a movie and game room. Overall our experience in hotel was very good and i will be staying with them again when I come back to visit China.

Hygiene: Very good. Aunties are cleaning all day long.
Facilities: Not bad, with a more bourgeois feel.
Service: Very good, customer service is very hospitable, and more bourgeois. There is also free coffee to drink, and you can grab dolls for free!!!
Environment: Very good, in the scenic area, you can see the beautiful scenery of West Lake.

It was raining when I arrived. The handsome guy at the front desk was very helpful. He gave me a tissue to wipe the rain, poured me a cup of hot tea, and gave me a lucky bag that I could exchange for wine or tea. The room was small and windowless but very clean.
