和朋友出來玩，預訂了這家酒店沒想到這麼好，性價比很高，而且離杭州南站和地鐵站很近，步行幾分鐘，出行很方便，下次來玩還會預訂

夢幻酒店地處杭州南站，地理位置特方便，酒店房間很乾凈，床上被褥枕頭有星級賓館的味道，前台接待人員熱情待客，洗澡水很大，酒店價格親民，下次再來。

總體來説不錯，離南站很近，很方便，前台工作到位，房間也還可以，就是隔音不好，但是這個是顧客素質差，和酒店關係不大

房間比較寬敞，有環保面巾，非常好，位置也不錯，晚上找不到，打電話給前台，我讓他們來接我，馬上就來了，還幫我提東西，是不錯的服務。出來可以去商業城買服裝，吃衢州小炒。總之作為經常出差的商旅人員，很少住火車站附近的旅館，這次到杭州晚，是個例外，點贊，值得推薦。美中不足是沒電梯。

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨、整潔，周圍環境很好，吃飯、購物可選擇的商家很多，出行便捷，安全!還有多種早餐，關鍵是酒店工作人員責任心強，有愛心，對待客人與自己家人一樣，特別是前台的工作人員，服務態度熱情、充滿陽光，房價也厚道的價格，酒店老闆、管理人員也一定是重情重義的人，非常注重細節信用的商家。
