Because the room is so small, you can even hear more than just the sound of the next room. It's frustrating. You have to walk up a few steps to get to the elevator, and then walk up a few more steps to get to your floor. The stairs in the breakfast restaurant are also very shaky, which is not very friendly to the elderly and people with poor mobility. Regarding hygiene, I don't know if it was the towels or the sheets, but my whole body was itchy. In terms of service, this is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not provide tissue paper. There are only two rolls of toilet paper in the toilet. The worst thing was that it happened to be a windy day in Hangzhou, and the roof was creaking all the time. I was worried that the roof would be blown away at any time. The only good thing is that the front desk is very helpful and considerate.
