Rooms were spotless, cosy, and quiet, with super-comfy beds and stunning west lake views. A special shout out to the front counter 小盛 proactive assistance at checkout, ensuring everything was perfect before departure. Perfect mix of luxury and heartfelt service. Extended my stay from yesterday.

Staff were helpful to help us check in close to mid night due to flight delay. They even upgrade us to a bigger family suite. The room was very clean and the air con temperature was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good with Chinese and western food. We visited their viewing terrace at level 18 and got a fantastic view of the city and West Lake. Would stay there if we visit Hangzhou again.

It is about 10 min walk from mrt and is within walking distance to the west lake (about 20 min walk). Clean hotel that is well maintained. Near to the major shopping area and have lots of options for food.

Very good amenities and service. Plus it's excellent location, it has made for a perfect stay. Love the bidet, the friendly housekeeper, the rooftop deck, the bed is so comfortable, and they provide luggage storage too - so that you can leave your bags to explore the city before you leave for the airport - and the general vibe of the hotel! They seem to really love Marco polo which is so cute 🥰 The air conditioning is adjustable too, so you can have your room warm-ish or cold. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

The hotel is located in excellent location; near department stores, good restaurants, minimart and can go to Xihu lake a 10-15-minute walk.
Family Suite room is spacious, clean, tidy, full of necessary amenities. There are two bedrooms that a larger bathroom in the main room and a toilet in the second room. It is one of the best choice to stay here.
Breakfast is various both Western and Chinese foods. The quality of food is good.
Good service; call taxi for us to Hangzhou East railway station comfortably.
