JOYA Hangzhou is a pleasure to stay in. Amazing contemporary Chinese design. Superb colour palette, thoughtfully furnished and accessorised rooms.
Excellent breakfast, attentive and pleasant service.
Highly recommended.
A swimming pool / spa / sauna would be a welcome addition.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. There is a subway entrance downstairs. It is very close to City Balcony, Raffles City and MixC. The room is clean and tidy. The staff are very enthusiastic. Xiao Yan at the front desk is very good and handles problems very flexibly. I will choose here again when I come to Hangzhou next time.
