Hotel is near to lake and shopping areas. İt s easy to go . And also hotel is not big , that s why it s more warm.

Good clean hotel as expected from Hampton by Hilton brand. Good breakfast spread except closes at 10am. Would be nice to perhaps extend till 1030am. Nice view if higher floor.

slight cramp as the toilet are open type which literally facing the bed room withiut additional partition
staff : 5/5
attentive and have a helper robot is a big plus. As we order some food delivery via *******. The food are deliver up right at your door step by their helper robot. Really really helpful.
location 3.5/5
slight far from xihu (west lake). the hotel is side by side with residential condominium. So might consider lesser privacy.

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. She gave us excellent advice on how to navigate Hangzhou city. Thank you, Lulu.
