Arrived quite late, and the staff, Liu Shi, kindly upgraded our room. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation; there's a subway station right downstairs. It's also very close to Zhejiang University, about 3 kilometers away. Overall, very satisfied!

The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is located right above a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It was also very safe and easy to get in and out of taxis right at the hotel. Plus, the breakfast had a great variety of choices, 100%!

Booked a room for my trip, and upon check-in, the front desk attendant Gu Hui upgraded my room. The upgraded room came with a mini-fridge, bathrobes, and complimentary drinks. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The service attitude was excellent! Food delivery was super quick! One time, the delivery rider left my order downstairs, and the staff member even helped me retrieve it, which was very thoughtful!

The stay here in Hilton Hangzhou was an amazing and comfortable experience. The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room and the room was very clean and tidy. The food served for breakfast was delicious and catered for everyone with different tastes. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The service at this location is great! I didn’t bring my power adapter, the front desk purchased one for me to use. One thing I am disappointed is that I could not access Google. According to hotel, Hotel internet can access Google. But somehow I could not do it even with helped by their service lady.

The location is great. Just downstairs is the subway entrance for Line 5 and Line 10. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor. Breakfast includes noodles, wontons, stir-fried vegetables, and porridge.
