Arrived at 15:30. The faucet of room 917 was broken, so we moved to room 912. We went to bed at 22:00. From around midnight, there was a lot of noise downstairs. We called the front desk and were told that there was a chess and card room on the 8th floor. We changed rooms at 2 a.m. and finally got room 505. The hotel is a place to rest and sleep, so it is unreasonable to arrange a chess and card room there. As a Ctrip customer for more than 10 years, I am very disappointed.

都閃開，這個我好評一定要給！第一次給好評！舟車勞累一天，前台小姐姐接待特別認真，特意提醒明天退房可以來拿停車券。回到房間去洗衣房洗衣服，不會用洗衣機，給前台打電話也耐心講解，還幫忙叫了阿姨一起幫我調洗衣機。阿姨也特別負責，中途我睡著了，衣服洗好阿姨幫忙烘乾送到門口。前台小姐姐工號13！阿姨忘記問了，反正也超級棒！第一次住維也納被圈粉，以後出遊首選維也納，再去杭州，就算多跑點也要再去這家店！！照片太累忘記拍了，環境，衞生也一級棒！
