The hygiene is very average. There are two lamps on the top that are covered with spider webs. The cups are placed on the table under the lamps and I don't dare to use the drinking cups provided by the hotel.

太過分了，早上五點外面就開始開工，整個房間吵的要死。打電話到前台詢問，説是上來檢查，等了十分鐘都沒人來。再去打電話詢問，説是外面在施工導致的。本來前一天就玩的很晚，結果第二天早上五點就被吵醒，真的是讓人惱火

富陽區這家全季離地鐵6號線終點站不遠，交通便利，往附近景點、博物館，公望美術館都挺方便（網約車十幾元、公交線路也有）房間設施齊全，房間面積也算寬敞，對於有喝茶習慣的人來説很友好，有茶具；性價比很好的一家酒店。

總體衞生、設施、服務不錯，有些小瑕疵，1、工作不細緻搞錯房型，我們發現了還是認真更改了。2、第二個房間電話機壞的。3、停車場太小，停車困難，早餐廳也比較擁擠，可能過年生意太忙問題才明顯。但總體來説衞生滿意、房間內設施滿意，零壓床睡得也舒服。
