The housekeeper communicated with me the day before check-in to understand the check-in time period and specific needs. The service was online throughout the entire check-in process, the housekeeper responded to every request, and all the service staff took the initiative to greet. When I took a walk in the evening, I met a waiter riding an electric bike, and they all greeted me happily, as if they had met a neighbor they had known for a long time in the community. It was not awkward or inconsistent at all. This livable feeling is quite wonderful💯

The hotel called to confirm the check-in time one day in advance. The housekeeper added WeChat and sent the location, reminding that there might be road closures and detours for self-driving. During the stay, the housekeeper's WeChat messages or the front desk responded promptly. The hotel staff answered questions patiently and efficiently. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers and has beautiful scenery. The photos are very good. The hotel gave 3 national style travel photos. In order to make the photos better, I added makeup and styling. Finally, I added 6 more photos for the selection. I went there and found that it was still the hotel where the TV series Love You was filmed. No wonder it is so beautiful, and the Chinese style is magnificent. It is also great to take some pictures of the scenery at hand, and the experience is very good. This time I stayed in the exclusive villa + terrace hot spring. The room is very large and private, with a private hot spring. There are shuttle buses for travel. The call for a taxi responds very quickly. The villa room type has an independent space for check-in. The front desk directly gave guests several bags to pack free drinks, fruits and snacks. There is no limit during the stay. You can continue to enjoy it before leaving the hotel after checking out. The service is in place. The hotel buffet breakfast meets the standards of a 5-star hotel, and you can also choose an outdoor viewing location. The package I booked also has an afternoon tea, which is exquisite and beautiful. If I have the chance, I will choose to watch it a second or third time. I had a very pleasant weekend this time.

Surrounded by green mountains and lush forests; gurgling streams and rippling lakes. The protection and creation of the environment are first-class. The hotel design and construction incorporate some Japanese elements, which are simple and grand. The service is also very meticulous and deserves praise! If I nitpick, I think the breakfast can be adjusted. It's not about quantity but quality. After all, this is a high-end hotel, and guests have relatively certain requirements, and the ingredients should be improved.
