Hangzhou Hotel 1. Location : the Hotel location is near with the MRT Chengxing road station. You can use exit A2 to go to the Hotel. Nearby there is a 24 hr convenience store and some restaurants which is easy for you to get something. Near the MRT there is also a mall. 2. facilities : the amenities were good and but maybe the wifi access can be considered to be improved as it required the China phone number and we didnt have any. The hotel also have a standard gym 3. environment : as the hotel is in the high rise building, no significant noise and there was no sound from other room or coridor. However, during our stay there was a bit scent of smoke which personally/subjectively a bit unpleasant 4. staff : the staffs are friendly and helpful. I’m already planning my return visit!

It was a very satisfying stay. I booked a double room with breakfast and stayed for 2 days. The air conditioner was already turned on when I opened the door, and the windows were opened for ventilation, which was very considerate. I chose a non-smoking floor. I swiped my card to go upstairs, which was safe and reliable. If I ordered takeout, a robot would also deliver the food upstairs. The hotel also provided welcome fruit, which was given for one day of stay, which was very good. I had encountered it before, which was given once for each day of stay, no matter how many days I stayed. This was the first time I encountered it. The hotel's breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes OK.

My stay at the hotel during my business trip was truly delightful. The hotel kindly upgraded my booking, providing me with a spacious room that exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, especially when I needed to extend my stay by an additional night. Unfortunately, I was unable to change my high-speed train ticket and had to reluctantly leave in the afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a business trip looking for a comfortable overnight stay.

The hotel bed is very soft and the bathtub is quite big. The service is also very good. Except for no washing machine, but the air conditioner is cold and stuffy. The air conditioner is hot there. We had a great stay in Novotel HZ East Railway Station. The reception ladies are extremely friendly and helpful. The lady on duty on my arrival even fetched us from the railway station together with the driver because she was afraid of miscommunication between us as I don't speak Mandarin well. Aimee and her teammates on duty also helped us a lot to figure out the location of the bus station for us to board for our journey to Wuzhen. Very grateful for their assistance and we have a smooth journey to and back from Wuzhen.

As an old customer of this hotel, I have stayed there four times and I still want to praise it! The room is new and spacious, the main design is very novel, not like a traditional hotel. The hygiene is also very good, and you can walk barefoot without worry. The sound insulation is superb, and you can sleep soundly wrapped in a soft duvet until dawn. Just a few steps downstairs you will reach the East Station and the subway entrance. Not only is it convenient to catch a train, you can also take the subway to stroll around West Lake. The lady at the front desk always greeted me with a smile every time she saw me, and she never failed to provide luggage storage and water service! Mainly, it’s self-service check-in, face recognition to open the door, no room card required, the voice-controlled switch in the room is super cool, you can turn off the lights and draw the curtains with just a shout, it’s a very smart experience. I originally just wanted to stay for one night for convenience, but I ended up being attracted by the details every time. It is definitely the first choice for business trips in Hangzhou!

Check in was smooth and two girls at the reception who helped us to do paperwork were excellent. Both of them were friendly,helpful, cooperative and professional. One of the girls went extra miles to assist us walked to the lift. She was amazing

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, the interior was very clean and tidy, and it was close to the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was newly renovated, the environment was very pleasant, and the intelligent system was very good. The room was upgraded with a bathtub, which relieved the fatigue of a day's business trip. I took a bath to relax. Although there were not many breakfast options, they were nutritious and the coffee was delicious. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hangzhou.
