The breakfast was not good and the breakfast box was very boring .When we had a trip to halong bay , the restaurant was not open.We hadto skip breakfast.Very bad. The roomwas very big

Too far from downtown. But They have shuttle 9,11am and 2time afternoon. Not easy to get grab taxi 30years old resort, old room key system. 1st roomkey had problem, so I asked to change room, but they refused and later manager came to room , and finally manager Mr. Tung changed room to C-506. Thank you Mr. Tung 시내에서 너무 멀지만 , 하루4번의 셔틀버스가 있어서 좋았읍니다. 30년된 오래된 리조트로 구조가 복잡하여, 다니기에 불편했읍니다. 방키에 문제가 있어 , 방을 바꾸어 줄걸 요청했지만 , 로비의 직원들은 거절해서, 다시전화하고 기다리니, 매니저인 미스터 Tung이 방으로 와서 확인하고, 방을 바꾸어 주었읍니다

It’s a service apartment with full kitchen and washing machine. All’s decent with beach resort feeling including the toilet which is basic with no frills. A small supermarket available. Walking out to To Ngoc Vân is a 15 min walk to the Main Street .

Very peaceful and family-friendly residence with much green nature and panorama Westlake view which I think cant be the relaxing oasis for any family's weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, fully-equipped, nice and cozy, the staffs are friendly with smiles and very helpful every time you need support. Very extensive out-door facilities: very big and clean swimming pool, nice (but rare in Hanoi hotels :) out-door playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, gym & sauna. Daily breakfast with many nice choices enjoyed on the terrace with lake view in the morning is really chilling.

It was an old resort, so I didn't expect much, but it was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the rice noodles were especially good. The staff were very friendly, and it was a good accommodation to heal by listening to birdsong outside of noisy Hoan Kiem. It is the best accommodation for the price and I am willing to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, it made me feel like I was back at home. Very safe as there is lots of security and plenty of amenities. Also a great location to walk by the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Remarkable place situated by the west lake. A much higher,but not more expensive, level and quality of service compared to all other places we stayed in Vietnam. Really can't find a fault in any way. The pool was nice with shallow and deep end, breakfast was really solid, service staff friendly and super competent and the room was basically a nicely furnished two bedroom apartment with solid Wifi and big TV. When it was build, it was definitly a high end, exclusive compound, which kept this looks and feeling. And very nice restaurant as well, with Japanese, Asian and Western cousine.

The location of the hotel is bit difficult to reach to, but if you are taking a cab then you would have not problem, the services are very good and prompt at the hotel while the view from the hotel lobby/common area is a lake view which is very good if travelling in the winters. The rooms are clean and I am very happy with the quality of everything that was provided.
