Definitely my favorite hotel in SEA. From the arrival to the departure was just too perfect. The staff’s are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is super hearty and yummy and the cocktails at the lobby lounge were fantastic! Almost flawless! Highly recommend!

Perfectly located and beautifully finished hotel in the centre of the French Quarter.  Attention to detail at every turn inside the hotel and the room.  But best of all is the service, immediately from when you arrive.  We will be back again, as one night was just too short to appreciate it properly!

Capella was the only one of the three hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam that did not send a greeting email in advance. However, the experience after checking in was amazing. Our junior suite for two nights was upgraded to a capella suite. The staff were all very friendly. The front desk lady, who looked like Rose, showed us around the room. Each suite had a balcony. The interiors were luxuriously decorated with an operatic style, perfect for savoring. A welcome cake and fruit were served upon arrival. Soft drinks and snacks were complimentary in the room. I even had a blast with the manual coffee machine. Some netizens commented that it didn't have capsule coffee, so this manual machine is perfect for coffee lovers. The coffee was fragrant. There was a QR code with a tutorial video nearby. There was an iPad in the room, and everything from cleaning to dining and event bookings could be done on the iPad. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. The nightly gift of sleep-inducing tea and mung bean cake was delicious. The suite was spacious, perfect for working and sleeping. The children's toiletries were also adorable, and they would replenish the set the next day. Afternoon tea was also complimentary, and the semi-buffet breakfast included all-you-can-eat oysters and steak. It was a fantastic value. It was very generous, but the beef pho in the morning wasn't as good as I'd hoped, a little tough. I recommend the red bean pho, which was incredibly fresh. The hotel's pool, while small, was beautiful. Water and snacks were served as soon as you sat down. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. It is my only stay in Hanoi and I will continue to choose Capella Hanoi in the future.

Super satisfied! From breakfast to afternoon tea and cocktail hour, it was a pleasant experience to spend a day at the hotel. The service was also great. I will definitely go back next time!

Everything was perfect, please check the ceiling at the pool area, it seems a bit moldy, but otherwise it was impeccable. The bed making service at night was very thoughtful, and the education and training of Capella Hotel is very solid.

I came to Hanoi specifically for Capella, and I can say that every step from check-in to check-out did not disappoint!

The hotel service is very meticulous, and the meticulous service begins from the moment you step into the hotel. The Living Room offers soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. A dim sum cart is available during afternoon tea time, where you can choose from a very exquisite dim sum. During the HH period in the evening, there are live performances, alcoholic beverages, and snacks to go with the drinks. All service staff are very enthusiastic and are always willing to care about guests' needs and provide assistance. After we checked out, they helped us move our luggage to our next hotel, the Sofitel Legend Hotel. After breakfast, we went to visit the swimming pool, which was not in use at that time. The service staff also took us to visit the facilities on the entire floor. The design of the 2 SPA rooms is very brilliant. You can try them if you have the chance. Beautiful hotel and meticulous service, it is a hotel that you will want to visit again and stay a few more days.

The second Capella I stayed at, Capella Hanoi has a unique cultural presentation, I really appreciate it! The environment and service are first-class, especially the service. I was still warmly entertained after checking out, I was very touched!

This time I stayed with my mother and sister. The hotel was great! Everything was beautiful and it felt like we were inside a museum. The afternoon tea was also delicious. Above all, the staff were all very kind and friendly. They provided excellent service and tried to meet our requests as much as possible. Hotel staff member Sang carefully gave us recommendations for restaurants, and even booked a taxi for us. We were very comforted by his hospitality. We will definitely stay at Capella again when we travel to Hanoi. Thank you very much.
