the hotel is not in the city center. Closer to the airport. Not a bad hotel for the money. It smells damp, but if you turn on the air conditioner, it becomes good

The stuff was polite and nice. Location is good, but the car is stoped on the main road, cos the small tinny road can’t fit the car. The apartment clean and nice. But I booked for one night only. And as my flight arrived early morning I stay there for sleep only. But at 8am they start construction and I couldn’t sleep well, but I informed the hotel that I’ll come just to sleep and leave. So it was horrible, I couldn’t rest …

The apartment is brand new, clean, and fully equipped. The location is excellent, just a short walk to West Lake, perfect for relaxing. There are many shops along the lake, making it very convenient for getting around. The host was warm and friendly, providing excellent service, and check-in was quick and easy.

I like the wardrobe and cabinets in this bedroom, which can store a lot of things. There is a bus next to the old town, which is also very convenient. There is also a pharmacy nearby, which is good and cheap.

Everything was as expected plus breakfast included which I totally forgot about and was surprised the next day :))) thanks!

hic the living room and ceiling are a bit run down, the lights are a bit dark but the facilities are complete and the bedroom is quite clean

The front desk staff of the hotel is friendly and can communicate in English. If you need any service, you can directly tell the staff. The room number 101 we stayed in this time is spacious, elegant and clean. There is a simple kitchen inside, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. And when the door is closed, it is completely isolated from the outside noise and very quiet. The breakfast is buffet style, and there is also rice noodles that can be ordered separately, which is very delicious. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for providing a good accommodation environment for my husband and me

Hotel was amazing!! Team did a phenomenal job!  Room was top notch and very luxurious!  Jose from Concierge, Naomi and William from the Level 6 Club Lounge and the GM Helena all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful!!  Will defintely be back and highly recommend L7!!

Amazing hotel near westlake. The staff were outstanding, especially Tony and Chris, who helped me organise a bike, some tours and had great suggestions for local attractions. I booked a lake view room which had an amazing sunrise each morning and was totally worth it. Although you are not in the old quarter, it only takes about 10 minutes to get there by bike (either your own or using Grab) so you are close to that area to explore as you please. It is also a lot quieter by Westlake, and there are many lovely cafes and restaurants around. This hotel doesn't actually have a spa, and there is also no restaurant, so be mindful of this if you want those things they have another property nearby that does have them (this location is new). Lots of places to grab breakfast nearby! Overall I am very happy with my stay!

Stayed here for the second time and would stay again. Room is sizable, comfortable. My room's toilet had a weird structure running through it, so the shower area is slightly smaller but no other issues. Bed is clean, has a washing machine, most amenities are provided. Location is pretty nice, facing the lake. About 10mins grab bike to old quarter. Away from the city so it's very quiet and serene. Would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance.
