Hanoi Quan Tay Ho Hotels

The hotel is very new, the room is spacious, there is a small balcony, and the facilities are sufficient. It is about a 20-minute drive from the old town. It is probably faster to take a motorcycle to the old town during the day. It is close to the West Lake, about a 15-minute walk. There are many coffee shops by the lake. It is not far from the Lotus Buffet. At the same time, because it is far from the old town, the one-day tour to Halong Bay generally does not provide pick-up and drop-off, and you have to go to the old town to gather by yourself. The hotel staff are very kind and patient, and the front desk English is also good, so there is no communication difficulty. (I don’t know if they can speak Chinese) The fragrance in the room is too strong, and the nose is a bit uncomfortable. If the doors and windows are open, there will be small flying insects at night. If they are not opened, the fragrance plus the smell of new furniture will be a bit uncomfortable. There are many dogs barking outside at night, especially loudly, and they keep barking for hours. There is also a wolf-like howling sound. I haven’t fallen asleep yet at 1:30 in the morning. (The staff said that it is not like this usually, but it was particularly strange on the day I went there, barking all night 😓)

This was our second time booking this hotel, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi with the family. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It’s a pity we didn’t take more pictures, but the warm atmosphere and perfect location made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded all of my expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every facility you could need, from an iron and washing machine to a refrigerator. The lighting and overall ambiance were perfect, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the location in Westlake is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Quarter, traffic between the two areas is usually manageable. The slightly removed location actually added to the tranquility of our stay. We were especially impressed with the Sky Rooftop Bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city—a definite highlight! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather during our visit, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the summer months. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their excellent service. If we return to Hanoi, Fraser Suites will undoubtedly be our top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 5/5!

The hotel room was decent, but the carpets in the 2 rooms I booked was old and greyish. Makes it look really dirty. Didn't want to walk on it without slippers. The drainage in the shower was a bit smelly. The restaurants were good. Both the Italian and Vietnamese restaurants were yummy with good services. The concierge desk staffs was very helpful.

There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space.. the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated. It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

Very peaceful and family-friendly residence with much green nature and panorama Westlake view which I think cant be the relaxing oasis for any family's weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, fully-equipped, nice and cozy, the staffs are friendly with smiles and very helpful every time you need support. Very extensive out-door facilities: very big and clean swimming pool, nice (but rare in Hanoi hotels :) out-door playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, gym & sauna. Daily breakfast with many nice choices enjoyed on the terrace with lake view in the morning is really chilling.

I can say confidently this is one of the best if not the best hotels given the price. Situated right beside the West Lake, with the breathtaking views that comes with it, Moon West Lake is near various amenities: a pharmacy, a few convenience stores, a whole multitudes of restaurants, cafes, roadside eateries. The service and staff are also impeccable. Water is left for us at our door every day, even though we hung the ”do not disturb” sign at the door. During check-out, we had to pay for a couple bottles of water we bought from the lobby but they didn't have change, and the man kindly waived the charge. All in all, as long as I am to visit Hanoi in the future, I will not stay anywhere else.

A fabulous stay. We booked an executive studio for 5 nights, and it certainly did not disappoint at all. It was fully equipped with everything that you needed. We had a smart tv,a washer dryer, and a fully fitted kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection. The breakfast was included in the price we paid. On the 4th floor there is a gym, sauna and steam room with a massive swimming pool. There is a Korean restaurant and a golf simulator. For children, there is a large soft play area. There are some local things to do within 100 metres of reception.

Very good location and the sky bar was incredible, the reception was great and nice. The uncle at the parking space was full with passion and helpful. Love this place and every time i come to Hanoi always book this place🥹🥹🥹 missed Hanoi miss trang rồi

Hotel is some old.But the service is very good and the buffet is also very very valuable.A lot seafood include big tiger prawns and can not image only 600K-700K. Much better than intercontinental landmark 72 charge 1.3 million but without valuable seafood.
