Hanoi Quan Tay Ho Hotels

This was our second time booking this hotel, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi with the family. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It’s a pity we didn’t take more pictures, but the warm atmosphere and perfect location made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Spacious room, Good service. I had a room facing east, where the hot shower didn't work. So I reported on the issue for them to get it fixed on day 2 morning. Later that night, upon returning, I received a note and phone messages of apologies, informing their engineering could not fix the hot shower problem. Therefore, they offered a change of room to the north facing. Similar in size and better equipped with a bidet and warm toilet seat. Thank you so much

Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded all of my expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every facility you could need, from an iron and washing machine to a refrigerator. The lighting and overall ambiance were perfect, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the location in Westlake is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Quarter, traffic between the two areas is usually manageable. The slightly removed location actually added to the tranquility of our stay. We were especially impressed with the Sky Rooftop Bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city—a definite highlight! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather during our visit, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the summer months. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their excellent service. If we return to Hanoi, Fraser Suites will undoubtedly be our top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 5/5!

Very peaceful and family-friendly residence with much green nature and panorama Westlake view which I think cant be the relaxing oasis for any family's weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, fully-equipped, nice and cozy, the staffs are friendly with smiles and very helpful every time you need support. Very extensive out-door facilities: very big and clean swimming pool, nice (but rare in Hanoi hotels :) out-door playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, gym & sauna. Daily breakfast with many nice choices enjoyed on the terrace with lake view in the morning is really chilling.

Amazing little design hotel with beautiful view of the lake. Great value for money. Room was comfy and well designed with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good and at the top with a panoramic view. Only problem was that you could hear the engines from motorcycles in the morning (and I even stayed on a high floor) so be prepared to use ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Infinity rooftop pool was amazing. I would definitely return if I come back to Hanoi.

The hotel is very new, the room is spacious, there is a small balcony, and the facilities are sufficient. It is about a 20-minute drive from the old town. It is probably faster to take a motorcycle to the old town during the day. It is close to the West Lake, about a 15-minute walk. There are many coffee shops by the lake. It is not far from the Lotus Buffet. At the same time, because it is far from the old town, the one-day tour to Halong Bay generally does not provide pick-up and drop-off, and you have to go to the old town to gather by yourself. The hotel staff are very kind and patient, and the front desk English is also good, so there is no communication difficulty. (I don’t know if they can speak Chinese) The fragrance in the room is too strong, and the nose is a bit uncomfortable. If the doors and windows are open, there will be small flying insects at night. If they are not opened, the fragrance plus the smell of new furniture will be a bit uncomfortable. There are many dogs barking outside at night, especially loudly, and they keep barking for hours. There is also a wolf-like howling sound. I haven’t fallen asleep yet at 1:30 in the morning. (The staff said that it is not like this usually, but it was particularly strange on the day I went there, barking all night 😓)

My stay at the Sheraton Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries and the in-room coffee maker. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to [mention nearby attractions or business centers]. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant and the cozy ambiance of the lobby bar. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, and I had a relaxing time there. I highly recommend the Sheraton for anyone looking for a luxurious, yet comfortable stay, and I will definitely return on my next trip!

The place is a bit far from the city centre, so it was hard finding a taxi (car) to take me back to the hotel at night. Maybe it would have been easier with a motorbike, I'm not sure, as a slightly disabled person I perfer to take car taxi rather than a motorbike. Otherwise, I'm really satisfied with my stay. My room was spacious, clean and modern with all kinds of smart devices, and also things to cook. I also loved the washing machine that had the dryer function as well! If I ever come back to Ha Noi, I'll definitely consider staying here!

It’s a very valuable hotel with family suite option for a group of friends more than 3. Breakfast is of good quality, counter service is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, walk distance to the west lake. Strongly recommend it!

A fabulous stay. We booked an executive studio for 5 nights, and it certainly did not disappoint at all. It was fully equipped with everything that you needed. We had a smart tv,a washer dryer, and a fully fitted kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection. The breakfast was included in the price we paid. On the 4th floor there is a gym, sauna and steam room with a massive swimming pool. There is a Korean restaurant and a golf simulator. For children, there is a large soft play area. There are some local things to do within 100 metres of reception.
