The hotel experience was very pleasant and seamless. The property is well-maintained and clean, despite being located in a busy city near a road. Inside the rooms, acoustic glass ensures a quiet and comfortable environment. Guests benefit from thoughtful amenities, including a free water dispenser, complimentary bathroom supplies, and a buffet-style breakfast and brunch. The hotel staff were kind and considerate, maintaining communication through a messaging application and even providing day-accurate information on city traffic to help plan our departure. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the service was attentive, contributing to a highly satisfying experience

Excellent Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Well-Appointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The lighting was cozy, and the furnishings—including a comfortable work desk, cushioned chair, and large bed—made the space feel both functional and inviting. The room included modern amenities such as a smart TV and a stylish bathroom, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the soft pillows, blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep, and the overall quiet environment. The hotel corridor was clean and well-lit, giving a strong first impression. This stay truly exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind.

The hotel totally surprised us with a free upgrade to a spacious 3-bedroom apartment! It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The receptionist and bell boy were super friendly and helpful. Checking out was a breeze too. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush, shaving kit, or cotton pads. You might need to ask the receptionist if you need them.

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The location was perfect. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing. Room was clean and comfy. Food was very tasty.

The hotel is in a good location, very clean, and the staff are friendly. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel, especially from evening until morning, and it was very loud, I couldn’t sleep well. I had to use noise-cancelling earbuds. Although the hotel is clean overall, I found a cockroach near the bathroom. It may not be suitable if you’re looking for a peaceful environment.

#1 Price: I have stayed in many locations in old town because I like to move around and experience different settings. At this price point; this hotel by far (after 3 different hotels) is the best choice for your hard earned money. Location: Excellent; 25 seconds walk from lake and close to all the attractions of old town. Really doesn’t get any better than this. Room: Everything works. -Large New smart TV with Netflix and YouTube -Fast WiFi/internet (can remote work) -(High ceiling and spacious) (I’m 5’8 ;see photos for reference) Many hotels around the area cut corners and make their rooms small and ceilings low to save space which can make you feel claustrophobic after a day or two. “Very important after a day out in old town with all the tight spaces / crowds and chaos.” -(Barely any street noise inside room; I’m sensitive to noise and slept like a baby) -Room cleaned everyday by staff. +Bonus points for the versatile lighting inside room; 8 different switches for different lighting options. ((Hotel Staff)) Available 24 hours Young and eager to help; very knowledgeable speaking many different languages and knows the town very well. (Don’t underestimate these young men and women.) I have never seen such hard working young individuals who have no other intention but to help you have the best stay at this establishment. (Special shout out) to “Denny” who ran out in the pouring rain to help me find my car ride to the airport because we were running late. Conclusion; Stop wasting time reading this review and book this hotel before the rooms are all taken; I was lucky to find a room since they’re mostly always booked.

At first, I was offered a room on the 5th floor without an elevator. I asked for another room, now on the 3rd floor. It was tiny, with constant light, a frosted door and glass above the door, and a skylight without a curtain. A complete disgrace. The kitchen has no stove and a washing machine is for staff use only. You can hear even the slightest noise in this house. This homestay is completely overpriced.

I went there when there weren't any reviews, but it's a brand new hotel, so everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are so friendly. I really like it. The location is good, and although it's very noisy outside, the room is completely quiet. The soundproofing is the best.

It doesn't quite live up to the photos, but it offers great value for money. **Hygiene:** The toilet had a slight smell, a minor issue. **Location:** It's very close to the popular 'Train Street', just a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, plus banks for currency exchange. The location is fantastic! **Service:** A staff member greeted us and spoke excellent Chinese, helping us with addresses and getting a taxi. The front desk was also staffed late into the night, which was great. **Facilities:** The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the restaurant/bar area had a great atmosphere. There's even a sky bar on the rooftop. While a little pricey, it was still acceptable.

Chose this place because of good reviews but was disappointing. Ground floor cafeteria smelled of stale urine the first 2 days I was there. Took a rook with window and got scammed as the window faced a wall 2 feet away so it was dark with no natural lighting. I'm OK with the alleyway that other travellers talk about as this is normal for vietnam. Bathtub poorly designed sucu that it kept leaking on floor and caused floor to be wet.
