Everything in this hotel was amazing. The location is strategic, near from everywhere from metro station food shops, and tourist places like cable car and stalin park. The service of this hotel was great, expecially from fnb staffs when breakfast. Jenny always helpfull to assist what we need when dining. Eventho there is a language barrier but still she eager to fulfill our needs. Please give her raise!

From the moment I got off the bus at the hotel, from the first greeter outside the door, I felt great enthusiasm and the warmth of Northeastern people. Every staff member at the front desk, to the sister who served the room, to the leaders at the front, and The staff of various hotels with afternoon tea restaurants are very responsible! The breakfast in the restaurant is different every day. It is nutritious. The room is clean and tidy, cleaned on time, and there are thoughtful fruits. There is nothing picky about it. The location is really good and near the central street. Only takes 2 minutes by walk. From Sophia 20 minutes by walking. The cleanliness is not bad, all the sheets and towels are really clean but their cups for tea is too dirty, we stayed their for 3 nights and each day when they come to cleaning the room they didn’t change our cup only wash with water and it wasn’t clean as well. Then we requested the front desk to revised them and they revised. Also the second day we finished our shampoo and wash body but they only put one body wash and not shampoo. The room was too warm and you can not to change that, we opened the windows in the 28 degrees. All of room do not have good view but actually it was not important for me as we want to go out from morning till night. The breakfast only includes Chinese style and not western. There are not many options. The service is good and they can support you and help you to go anywhere you want, but when we requested for water they sent water to our room after 2 times called them and after 2 hours, It was not bad staying at all.

A-charming hotel with very good personalized service, the location of the hotel is so convenient just 1mins walk to the center street, room are big and comfortable also have good coffee machine in the room. All staff are so friendly and helpful, we want specially to thanks to the manager Ms. Lin Jing help us with everything during our stay, thank you for the delicious dessert send to our room. The room was compact and exactly what I wanted for 1 person. The best part is that it has no windows and I won't be awaken by the morning sun. Located in the middle of the 中央大街 provides convenience to nearby shops and cafes. The only downside is the location isn't friendly for didi to enter as it's a one way street. However, it's only about 200m away to the main driving street to hop onto your didi.

Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away. Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices. Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful. Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows. Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport. A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!
