房間隔音非常差，開個淋浴的水聲，好像在我面前一樣。工作人員服務態度不好，空調壞了要求換房間，不願意不説還把1.8的雙人床換成1.5的，這是在偷換房型，當時出來玩也沒計較那麼多，總之體驗是我有史以來遇到最差，最近哈爾濱火的太快，配套設施跟不上，建議沒來先等等，住宿又貴又不好，體驗很差！

因為哈爾濱現在太火了。遊客太多了。房價都普變偏高。距離中央大街兩公里。打車出行也很方便。
設施：這是一個老一點的賓館。
衞生：工作人員衞生搞得還可以。
環境：周圍吃飯的地方多。有一家清真的月牙菜館燒麥做的好。
服務：服物還可以吧。

我先後訂了兩間不同房型的房間，有無窗版的大床房和家庭房。大床房因為無窗加上有暖氣，所以很暖和，穿短袖衣服就可以了，我帶了28吋的行李箱，在這房間不能完全攤平。家庭房有一張双人床和一張單人床，雖然有窗，但因有暖氣和調暖的空調，不會感到冷冰冰的，空間相對比較大。
優點：洗手間很乾淨，有提供一次性馬桶圈、牙膏牙刷、枝裝水、紙巾、一次性拖鞋、洗手間拖鞋；每天都有人清理垃圾；地理位置好，在哈市中心，去哪都方便，近地鐵站，近馬路容易攔的士；近三姓街早市；床品都挺乾淨的；入住和退房的速度很快。
缺點：搭電梯的話，走往電梯需要先走3-4步樓梯，有大型行李箱的稍稍注意，我女生，21kg 的行李箱還是能拿得下的。
我覺得下次再來，也可以再住這，性價比高。

房間很矮，感覺比較壓抑。衞生間的🚽讓大長腿無處安放，下水不太好洗浴時會現在水裡。房間臨街比較吵，隔音差，半夜還能聽到隔了兩個房間的住客打電話。枕頭味道比較大，床單被罩和沒換洗過一樣。個人不會選擇第二次入住。

攜程定的房間，寫的享受延遲退房到14點，入住後想繼續續住，我問説在攜程下單，還是直接繳費，前台服務員説在前台繳費，又續住了幾天後，退房時候前台説衹能12點之前退房，到14點要加錢。真的很離譜。建議大家入住的時候問清楚。
