Harbin Songbei District Hotels

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are all kinds of food and shopping around. It is super convenient whether you are on a business trip or traveling. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft, and the sound insulation is very good. You can sleep until you wake up naturally! The facilities are also new, and the Wi-Fi speed is very good. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high. The room service responds quickly, and even proactively provides [specific services, such as night bed service/free mineral water/children's products], which makes people feel at home.

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

I brought my children to Harbin during the Qingming Festival and upgraded the room type for free. The hotel is decorated in a Chinese style, with rich breakfast. In addition, the parking lot is large, which is very convenient for self-driving. It is close to the subway station and has convenient transportation.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

It was my first time to come to Harbin. Because it was the peak tourist season and considering that the city was expensive and difficult to get a taxi, I chose Songbei District. At first, I was worried that the location was too remote. After arriving, I found that I was completely worried. The homestay is in the center of Songbei District, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and traveling. There is a bus stop downstairs, and basically all the attractions can be reached directly, and there are not many people. It costs 20 to 30 yuan to take a taxi. There are many restaurants in the business district downstairs. There are all kinds of food, and they are all good after eating for a few days. When I took a taxi, I chatted with the driver and recommended the food nearby. It is all liked by locals. Overall, it is very convenient. Then there is the room. It should be newly renovated not long ago. It is very clean and tidy. The room is also very large and comfortable to live in. It is worth mentioning that the bath towels and cups are disposable, very clean and hygienic. If there are friends coming to play, I will definitely recommend staying here. The cost performance is too high. The boss is also very good. If there is anything, contact him in time to solve it. I stayed for four consecutive days and stayed in two types of rooms. They are very good.

The room is very clean and has a wide view. It is very comfortable to stay with children. It is very close to the subway station, only a few dozen meters away. It is very convenient to go to the train station and the Ice and Snow World. The owner sent the location and video instructions before check-in. I forgot my suitcase when I checked out, and he immediately helped me get it. It was very considerate. I will stay here again next time! Thank you for the souvenirs, very delicious 😋! !

The check in went very quickly even if the receptionist didn't speak English, we used the translator. We chose 2 rooms with 2 single beds for larger bed dimension and we did well. Size :1m20 per bed compared to the king size bed room :1m50 / 1 bed only in the room. The room itself is very spacious. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and fruits upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was very nice too. Oriental and occidental choices, a yummy croissant ( hotel French touch)There is a huge shopping mall within 5 minutes walk away from the hotel where we enjoyed the indoor ski/skate. Thanks to the hotel receptionist for helping us to find a taxi on several occasions, we asked for extra pillows and our request were granted and Thanks also to allow us a late check out on the day of our departure as our flight departed late. We will definitely choose this hotel when we come back to Harbin. A. Wong

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!
