The hotel is beautiful, quaint, and has a profound ambiance. We were truly impressed when we arrived at night. The staff were very enthusiastic and provided ample information to meet all our needs. The room was spacious but a bit noisy, as it's located right by a bustling street. However, it didn't affect our sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had perfect water temperature and good pressure. Toiletries were replenished daily, and cleaning was prompt. The location is convenient, making for a great experience. Thank you! The Baroque-style popsicles were delicious! 😋

The hotel's location strikes a perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquility. The staff's service was warm and attentive. A few steps down the corridor, the creaking wooden floors added a unique charm. The room also had an entryway, which was a nice touch for a gradual introduction, but it lacked coat hooks. Perhaps due to its conversion from a warehouse, noise from next-door neighbors at night could be a bit disruptive. Most importantly, the hygiene was impeccable. Overall, I had a great experience. Breakfast offered both a buffet and a delightful 'nine-grid' selection, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The service staff were very polite and extremely helpful. A big thank you to the hotel team!

For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me.

When arriving, the real name of the hotel is Loffel Hotel. The location is very strategic. For Muslims, it is easy to find halal food and close to the Doawai Mosque. In front of the hotel there is a Harbin Mosque metro station. For towels, the staff does not change every day, but you have to request from the workers so they will give you the new one. Likewise, the mineral water in the room, you have to request it too. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my stay here.

Best hotel we have stayed in China. Perfect location, in the Chinese Baroque district. Hotel has an oriental theme, nice ambience and is very aesthetics. For the price, it is more than value for money. Staff is very welcoming, always friendly and helpful. Our twin room is spacious with a nice decor. Smart features are also available. We didn't buy breakfast but there's free tea and coffee 24/7. And there is a courtyard to sit and relax after a day out. This will be our hotel if we are ever in Harbin again. The atmosphere is fantastic. It's a moderate distance from the subway station, so public transport is easily accessible. There's a parking lot in the backyard; if you're driving, I recommend navigating directly to the hotel's back entrance for hassle-free parking. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk was efficient with check-in and the service was friendly. Considering the location, parking, and facilities, it offers great value for money. It's definitely a top choice for anyone traveling to Harbin.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was absolutely adorable and the kids loved it. It was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we slept like a log. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. Highly recommend the Xueting Songjiangyue B&B! Our stay in the family suite was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and airy, and the silk bedding felt incredibly smooth and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable rest for the whole family. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options that were all fresh and delicious. The staff at the B&B were warm and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The location is also perfect, close to both中华巴洛克 (Chinese Baroque Architecture) and the Songhua River, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Our whole family was very satisfied, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Harbin! Plus, there was free Haagen-Dazs ice cream! And we even received a souvenir gift upon check-out.

This B&B is located within the Chinese Baroque scenic area. There are many great spots for photos, and the night view is stunning. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a smart toilet and automated curtains. We could also project movies onto the screen to watch TV. The room was very warm, and all the facilities were brand new. We had a fantastic stay for 3 days. Inside the scenic area, you'll find various food options, cultural and creative products, a cake shop, a chocolate shop, and even a halal restaurant both inside and outside the area.
