It's been a long time since I've been back to Harbin. This time, I came back to my hometown to drop off my child for school. It felt both familiar and new. I searched for a hotel for a long time, and I'm genuinely impressed with this one. The front desk lady was exceptionally meticulous and provided excellent service. The room was also very clean and hygienic. When I was leaving, it was raining outside, and she proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. It was incredibly thoughtful.

This hotel is right next to the beautiful Songhua River, so the location is fantastic. Subway Lines 2 and 3 are directly downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were really welcoming; they upgraded us to a king-size room for free and gave us detailed information about local tours and things to watch out for. The concierge ladies were always smiling and patiently helped guests adjust dresses and take photos. There's a free afternoon tea with a good variety of options. The security staff, who charmingly announced 'Princess, your carriage awaits,' were very proactive in assisting guests, offering thoughtful care and help. Overall, our stay was a truly wonderful experience.

This hotel is super close to the airport and offers free shuttle service, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The overall environment was quiet. It's a lifesaver if you have an early flight; the driver is punctual for pickups and drop-offs, so you don't have to worry about transportation. The value for money is excellent. It's my top choice for an overnight layover, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly. Highly recommend to anyone catching a flight!

The room was excellent, and parking was available. It felt like a high-end hotel. I booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me to one with a large window. They even offered afternoon desserts. The value for money was exceptional, and the style was unique. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, or just a short taxi ride for the minimum fare. Getting anywhere was super convenient, and it was very quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and surrounded by a commercial district. It's only about 900 meters from the train station, airport shuttle, and Central Street. They also offer free parking, and the breakfast is rich and fresh. The rooms are clean, bright, and well-lit. The staff are polite, friendly, and provide attentive service. It's quiet and comfortable, offers great value for money, and provides an all-around perfect experience.

I tried to book this hotel last summer, but it was peak season and I couldn't get a room. This year, my trip was later, and I managed to book two rooms easily. When checking in, the short-haired lady at the front desk, who I assume was a manager, was incredibly helpful and upgraded both our rooms – instant great impression! The tall gentleman also kindly offered us three glasses of water. By the way, the night before, my friend booked a different hotel across the street. After staying there, I really felt the difference – and it wasn't just a small one. The service attitude and response speed were completely different experiences. Choosing a HUAZHU hotel is definitely the right decision. As for this hotel: the breakfast was good, with a decent variety; the location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi; and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff on the third floor were very friendly and always greeted us. However, there was one small issue: in the room I stayed in with my child, I could hear a continuous low-frequency humming sound from the bathroom. Once we fell asleep, it wasn't noticeable anymore, though. I haven't asked my friend if their room had the same issue. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I stayed for 3 nights, and I definitely picked the right hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Central Street. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people, and the room rate was quite appealing. They even upgraded us for free. The hotel looks pretty new, and the cleanliness is spot on. Soundproofing was also decent. Our room had an inner window overlooking a nicely designed landscape, which was a lovely touch and added to the ambiance. The hotel hallways also had pleasant and cozy landscaping. We didn't book breakfast with our room, but later found out their breakfast area also had a good atmosphere. The hotel is located right on Central Street, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral Square and the Songhua River Cableway. The front desk staff were very friendly. There were quite a few Russians staying at the hotel, making it feel like Moscow... Harbin is a beautiful city, not only boasting more European-style buildings than Shanghai, but also having Siberian tigers and giant pandas. The only downside is the terrible condition of the roads, full of potholes and uneven surfaces, it's hard to describe. Also, drivers here drive like they're charging into battle.

Our stay at Grand Mansion 1903 during our Harbin trip far exceeded our expectations, offering an immersive experience of a century-old Russian-style residence. The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

The room was quite good, and the service was excellent. The facilities were decent, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The environment was also very nice. We had breakfast, and it was quite satisfying – definitely filling. I would recommend staying here when you visit. The host even thoughtfully upgraded our room, and the bed was huge!
