The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!

This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive. Our room was spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The location is also very convenient. We booked a one-day tour of Harbin with a lovely travel agent, and it was such great value for money. We managed to see all the places we wanted to visit in Harbin in just one day. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

An absolutely wonderful hotel! 1. **Excellent service, a definite highlight!** The staff helped me send a package and even unlocked the door for my elderly parents. They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. A big thank you to all the front desk staff and the lady who was responsible for checking the rooms. 2. **Fantastic location!** It's right next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a traffic light away. 3. **Private parking available**, which is incredibly important. The Home Inn next door doesn't even have a car park. 4. **Newly renovated** with a well-designed room layout.

Overall, a good experience! The location is excellent, very convenient for adults whether you're taking a taxi or public transport to sightsee. Walking to various attractions isn't too far either. The room itself was standard and clean, though the TV projector was a bit complicated to operate. The laundry and gym facilities were very convenient, and breakfast was about a 7-8 out of 10. There were also snacks and drinks in the lobby. The service was great. Definitely recommended!

The hotel also has a Chabaidao tea shop, is adjacent to a convenience store, and the hotel's dining options are affordably priced and very delicious! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

There were so many hotels near Central Street, I was overwhelmed! I finally decided to go with an international chain, figuring they'd have consistent standards, and thankfully, it didn't disappoint. It's right next to Central Street and Zhaolin Park, and not far from the riverside and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Taxis are easy to catch and can pull right up to the entrance. If you're driving, parking is 7 yuan per hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were always smiling and provided excellent, warm, and thoughtful service. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast quality a bit.
