Their breakfast buffet is reliably good, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, including freshly ground coffee, Western pastries, as well as local specialties like Harbin red sausage and various congees. Ingredients are fresh, and dishes are replenished promptly. The dining area is kept at a comfortable temperature with air conditioning, making for a clean and pleasant dining experience. All staff members are highly professional. The front desk patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and the lobby staff were polite and friendly. All our requests were handled promptly, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being overly formal, and very attentive. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Harbin. Five stars, highly recommended!

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin International Exhibition Center with my child, and we were very satisfied. The location is excellent, the room is clean, and the front desk check-in was quick. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and the restaurant service was very enthusiastic. They offer both Chinese and Western dishes: freshly cooked wonton noodles and Harbin red sausage that costs dozens of yuan a catty outside. During the May Day holiday, they even had steak distribution, which was such great value! Plus, the front desk upgraded our room, and it was soundproofed. Highly recommend!

The service is attentive, the environment is OK, and the neighborhood is very convenient. There is a large bathhouse next door, and you can take a shower within two steps. It’s also convenient to go to Central Street, and you can get there with Didi for only ten yuan.

This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

Because it is close to the place where I work, I choose this one over and over again. First of all, let’s talk about the advantages. The room is larger than the Home Inn where I stayed last time, and the decoration is not very outdated. There are many rooms. There are many shortcomings. I stayed in a room facing the street on the first day and I almost didn't sleep all night. The noise from the cars on the road never stopped. I moved to a room the next day and the noise was gone. The outdoor air conditioner roared like a tractor. Even if I turned it off, it still wouldn't stop. It's hot and humid, and you can still hear the noise from the air conditioner next door. Take a shower in the afternoon. The water is cold all the time. I asked the front desk and they told me to turn on the faucet of the wash basin and the shower faucet at the same time. The most puzzling thing is that in a chain hotel, the TV only has a poor quality. The number of stations is still vague. The master card, I really don’t know how it is managed. For so many years, the price of the enterprise has become higher and higher, and the management has become more and more inconsistent.

My family went on a trip and chose this hotel. As soon as we entered the door, we saw the spacious and bright lobby. The room was warm and clean. The front desk service attitude was very good. They upgraded the room type for free. The carpet in the corridor was very comfortable to step on. It was clean. The breakfast was really good, with many varieties, various small pastries, and a full range of soups and porridge. I will stay at Fushun Tiantian again next time.

The hotel has a delivery robot for room service, and the rooms are very spacious with large windows. The hygiene is excellent; it's clean and tidy. The environment is very quiet, with a hospital and supermarket nearby, and the night market isn't far either. There's a bus stop right downstairs, which is super convenient.

I have to give a thumbs up to this hotel! As soon as I entered the room, it was very clean, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp. The hygiene was impeccable. The bed was large, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time!

設施:這次入住超出預期！房間衞生做得很到位，角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，沒有異味。床品柔軟舒服，喜臨門床墊睡感很好，晚上休息隔音也不錯，一覺睡到天亮。衞浴乾濕分離，衞生間都是智能馬桶，吹風機和咖啡壺都是品牌的，設施非常齊全。更驚喜的是房間裏還有小冰箱，保鮮水果冰水特別方便。酒店配有自助洗衣房，卡薩帝洗烘一體的洗衣機，洗衣服特別方便，重點是還有熨燙機。 餐飲:早餐用餐的地方也非常雅緻，很適合拍照打卡!!酒店有自助的早餐，早餐品類豐富，中式西式都有口味也很不錯。建議大家可以嚐嚐早餐，味道好又新鮮。這早餐衹是一部分 還有超多好吃的😋 另外全天時段有免費的咖啡可以喝，從早上一直到下午五點都有下午茶，飲料茶水小糕點水果應有盡有，非常好吃。 服務:他家的服務是真的好，工作人員服務禮貌周到，辦理入住效率高，有需求能第一時間想辦法解決，非常熱情。 交通:地理位置非常不錯，出行很便利，門口就有公交站，打車吃飯都方便，整體設施和服務都在線，下次來哈爾濱還會選擇這裏，也推薦給來哈爾濱的朋友們！
