This is a chain hotel, and I've stayed at one before and had a great experience. So, when I came to Harbin this time, I chose to stay here again, and it was just as good as ever. The front desk staff were warm, patient, and thorough, always ready to answer any questions with great enthusiasm. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The surrounding area is lively with both morning and night markets, making it very convenient to buy fruits and vegetables. There are also many dining options, and KFC is right next door. Before I left, the staff even gave me a souvenir, which I really loved. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room has excellent natural light, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the staff are very friendly. The location is also very convenient for getting around. Overall, the stay was superb and I highly recommend it! The front desk and manager were great; they even gave me a free room upgrade, and the service was excellent! Plus, it was very clean. I really liked it.

The location is very good, just over ten minutes' walk to the subway and airport line 1. The room was spacious and clean, and it was very comfortable to stay. However, the old-fashioned toilet in this room does not flush well, and the door is deformed and does not open and close smoothly. I hope it will be repaired.

A very cozy place, a lot of wood inside and feels warm. Although the temperatures outside were down to -19 deg.Celsius inside it was always pleasant. Food was very good, cleanness perfect, no complains at all. I would like to stay there again. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but they can be so only up to a level. There is unfortunately the only complain: NOBODY in the hotel speaks English (or any other language, for that matter - I speak 5 but it didn't help). Not one person at the reception, not one single waitress, absolutely nobody. Therefore whatever you want to ask at the reception you can only do it via hand-held translators which is slow, uncomfortable and prone to misunderstandings.

It was OK. We stayed during the ice festival period so alot of hotels were booked out in Harbin. The towels weren't the best. The hotel was in a really good location next to Wanda shopping mall. There is Dumpling King across the street. The hotel is close to the metro stop. The reception was helpful when we had issues with the hot water not lasting very long. It was large apartment type room. It has potential but it wouldn't be my first choice if returning to Harbin.

Because it is close to the place where I work, I choose this one over and over again. First of all, let’s talk about the advantages. The room is larger than the Home Inn where I stayed last time, and the decoration is not very outdated. There are many rooms. There are many shortcomings. I stayed in a room facing the street on the first day and I almost didn't sleep all night. The noise from the cars on the road never stopped. I moved to a room the next day and the noise was gone. The outdoor air conditioner roared like a tractor. Even if I turned it off, it still wouldn't stop. It's hot and humid, and you can still hear the noise from the air conditioner next door. Take a shower in the afternoon. The water is cold all the time. I asked the front desk and they told me to turn on the faucet of the wash basin and the shower faucet at the same time. The most puzzling thing is that in a chain hotel, the TV only has a poor quality. The number of stations is still vague. The master card, I really don’t know how it is managed. For so many years, the price of the enterprise has become higher and higher, and the management has become more and more inconsistent.

This is our third year staying here, usually for about a week each time. I was pleasantly surprised that the manor upgraded our room again, and we ended up back at the Birch Island Hotel. It feels like fate! They've added more activities in the park, which is great, and the prices haven't changed – still around 30 yuan per ticket, available for purchase on-site or [purchase method missing in original text, assumed online/pre-purchase]. We were so lucky to have two snowfalls during our 6-day stay, it was beautiful. The kids would sleep in, then head straight downstairs to play in the snow until 4 or 5 PM before finally agreeing to come back to the room.

The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station, which is incredibly convenient! There's also an airport shuttle stop right at the entrance. Easy transportation is definitely the biggest highlight. The hotel offers a washing machine and a dryer. Downsides: The room is quite small. I stayed on the first floor, and the view wasn't great – it felt like looking out onto an old, run-down residential area.

This stay experience was amazing! Open the curtains is a beautiful picture of the city's snow scene, the high-rise buildings are covered with snow, and there is a warm halo in the morning light. I love to see the sun dye the snow golden in the morning, and the sky changes from orange red to blue, which is beautiful like a dream. The room is warm and comfortable, every detail is intimate, and the service is impeccable. Here, you can sleep with the pulse of the city, and enjoy the quiet and romantic exclusive winter. It is definitely the perfect choice for winter staycation! ❄️✨
