Shangri-La Hotels in Harbin

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided.
