My son and I stayed at this accommodation Sunday to Wednesday in January. On Monday morning we realize that there is no heat or hot water, we announce this several times via SMS (the only way to reach them) and only on Tuesday evening do we have heat and hot water. This problem caused us to freeze quite a bit (we had to keep our outer clothes on so we wouldn't freeze) and couldn't shower until the last morning before we checked out.
We expected compensation for the inconvenience this created for us and contact them regarding this but they do not even respond. We contact **********, who apparently got hold of them, but residents still refuse to compensate.
********** compensates with a discount code of SEK 1000 (€ 100) valid for one year.
A really bad treatment from the accommodation and I would not recommend booking it.
Apart from the lack of heat and hot water, we really appreciated the accommodation.
