We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀,are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel gave me a lot of surprises. I arrived at around 8 a.m. because I had a baby over one year old. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could check in early.
