Was a birthday treat for my fella.. lovely relaxing time, staff really friendly and helpful, we stayed in the Marrakesh room, nice, and clean, bed comfortable and the spa Bath was enormous for 2.. recommended the badger pub for food was gorgeous and reasonably priced.. would return

Loved our stay could not fault anything we stayed in the Cape Town room it was perfect. Debbie the host was so friendly she made you feel comfortable as soon as you arrived and give good recommendations about where to go for food and things, breakfast was lovely to lots of choice. We will 100% be returning and trying all the other rooms out :)

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the experience so much. Pub down the road about 500 yards, food lovely. Bus stop immediately outside with bus every 30 mins to Whitby. The lady running it was lovely and couldn’t do enough. Continental breakfast excellent(and normally I’m not a big lover). Overall fantastic and would defo recommend

Great friendly welcome from Debbie, she gave us some good advice and overall the service was excellent. For general feedback, definitely not criticism, for my convenience it would be great to have an EV charger on site. Thanks for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back.

A beautiful place to stay, with all the extra added touches you could wish for. A short bus ride into Whitby from the end of the road is ideal and a five minute walk to the local pub the Badger & Hounds where you receive a warm welcome & the food is wonderful. Debbie our host was lovely, very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. A good continental breakfast is available each morning, with plenty of choice. My husband & I stayed in the Marrakesh room, with the most stunning, huge whirlpool bath, a real treat! All in all a wonderful break away, would highly recommend👌

Nice relaxing stay with super friendly staff who had a foundation of knowledge and information to ensure a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. We stayed in the Reykjavik room which was spacious and clean. The spa bath and steam shower were good selling points. Comfy bed.

We had a wonderful stay at St Hildas! My husband and I stayed in the Marrakesh accommodation. It was clean and well presented. The jacuzzi bath was a real treat. It was a little awkward to get to the taps to get it running and to get in and out of, but it was worth the effort. All the staff were great and couldn't do enough to help. We arrived late afternoon on a very wet sunday. We had tried a couple of places on the way for lunch, but everywhere was booked. The owner shared some of the local spots and we nanaged to get a table. Breakfast was good, a wide choice of items for a continental style breakfast. However, if you are gluten free, this limits you to fruit and yogurt. Soya milk is avalable in little sachets for those who are dairy free and enjoy a cuppa. I share this only for information, not to complain. We would love to visit again!

We stayed in the Cario suite and it was absolutely brilliant. Debbie the manager could not have been more helpful and gave us a full talk the surrounding areas and places to visit. Debbie makes herself readily available with her details in the welcome pack alongside other useful information. The hotel itself is ideally positioned for travel to the main coastal tourist towns however the village itself is charming with tea rooms and a lovely pub to keep you busy.

Absolutely amazing two days away with my partner. Nothing was too much to ask! Will definitely be returning
