The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Hard bed, noisy outside, air conditioner set to 18 but still hot, couldn't sleep. Service was okay :( not like the picture. Will not come back.

It was an experience to use a love hotel, but don't expect to much as service is not existing, Didn't get the room I asked for which was confirmed on forehand. Value for money yes as it was relative cheap, but probably wouldn't stay here again, would prefer to try other places as nothing was impressive.
