12시쯤에 호텔에 도착했는데 얼리체크인은 안 되고 오후 2시에 딱 맞춰서 체크인 해주시더라고요 가격대비 나쁘지 않은 호텔이였습니다

I arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock, but there was no early check-in, and they checked in right at 2:00 pm. It was a good value for money hotel.

It was an experience to use a love hotel, but don't expect to much as service is not existing, Didn't get the room I asked for which was confirmed on forehand. Value for money yes as it was relative cheap, but probably wouldn't stay here again, would prefer to try other places as nothing was impressive.

Booked Bonita Hotel via AGODA for 2 nights 22/10 - evening 24/10 Confirmed by AGODA  2 weeks before, emailed Hotel directly requesting Hotel confirmation, smoking room & late checkout for 24/10 NEVER RECEIVED EMAIL REPLY  - Airport transfer 20 MINUTES LATE  - Dropped off Hotel, DOORMAN PLAYING PHONE GAMES - TOTALLY IGNORED US   - Arrived Hotel 2.00pm ROOM NOT READY Told to sit and wait for a few minutes ZERO ENGLISH LANGUAGE  2.25pm - Asked reception. They said a few minutes 2.35pm - Offered cold drink 2.50pm - We had to ask reception. Then told room ready. 2.55pm - Basically CARRIAGED OWN LUGGAGE BECAUSE DOORMAN NOT INTERESTED  3.00pm - Room ready and tidy 3.10pm - NO WIFI  rung reception from room and told wifi being fixed now TV NOT WORKING Went down on lift to reception and told that they will ring to try fix wifi NO ROOM SERVICE However Room Service is advertised on Television in reception. Then told there is no Room Service available. THERE IS NO SAFE IN THE ROOM We asked for a map of the City and was handed a map and we go out  7.20pm - We return to Hotel. We need to ask and get told to change rooms because WIFI STILL NOT FIXED. We wait in room for ROOM CHANGE  7.30pm - We change to Room 408. Wifi is working but TV DOES NOT WORK. We ring reception and they say someone will comd to room in 5 minutes.  7.35pm - Staff come to room and  CLEANING FEMALE STAFF ARE VERY GOOD. - They fix TV & everything appears to be working.  SPA DOES NOT WORK  Next day - we ask for late checkout, but they say no, that they are booked out. Even though we emailed our query 2 weeks previous, to no reply.  We were prepared to pay the rate for all night, if they had communicated. 

Personal review on what I like and don’t about this hotel:  -	Right in the District 1, very good location to get into near-by amusement places of the city such as Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien Street, Bitexco, Nguyen Hue Street, etc.  -	Budget price for couples who look for reasonable accommodation for long stays =))) (unfortunately, I was there alone because of my very short business trip)  -	Amenities and utilities: open bathroom =))) glass wall =))) LCD TV connected 24/7 wifi (I watched YT channels for the whole night =)))  -	The room was odorous like smoke of cigarette, and is not completely clean and soundproof.  -	The reception didn’t show up their warm hospitality: when I came in, 3 receptionists asked me to present ID card and booking confirmation. After that, one gave me the key, wifi password, and breakfast voucher. Then, I went upstairs to the room by elevator by myself. (the reception could have directed guests to elevator and opened elevator door for guests and greeted friendly?)

The hotel is great, couples and couples are very suitable, breakfast is simple, okay, it is 10 minutes walk from the old street, the traffic is also very convenient, and there are super businesses next to it
