We had booked a room with a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.3-meter bed. We arrived at the room around 6 PM, dropped off our luggage, and went straight to dinner. However, upon returning, we discovered the room actually had a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed. This was a significant issue for our family of four (two adults, two children), as we had specifically chosen this hotel a month ago because a 1.3-meter bed would have just about fit our two kids. I went down to the front desk to discuss the issue. The receptionist explained that the hotel had been renovated a few years prior, and the beds were replaced, but the updated sizes hadn't been reflected on Ctrip. After checking other room types which were unsuitable, and unable to reach her manager, she decided to come up to our room to see if they could rearrange the beds or furniture to make more space. In the elevator, a maintenance worker (who was with us) grumbled a few things in a local dialect. As I was traveling with my children for a relaxing trip, I didn't want to spoil the atmosphere and just wanted to resolve the issue quickly, so I didn't bother inquiring further about what he said. Once we were back in the room, they decided to move the sofa next to the smaller bed, which just about made enough space for the two children to sleep. The receptionist then brought an extra duvet to place on the sofa. On a separate note, the hotel's facilities are somewhat old and dated, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, disturbing our sleep. However, the front desk staff were very helpful and proactive in trying to resolve the situation.

The room was very spacious and clean. Its proximity to the high-speed train station made getting around incredibly convenient. The lady at the front desk provided excellent service; she was attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything tasted delicious.

The room was disgustingly dirty! There were even bloodstains on the sheets – seriously, everyone should avoid this place! I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, so I checked out the very next day. The room's facilities were also incredibly old and run-down. The toilet was practically pressed against the shower glass, making it inconvenient even for a petite person like me to sit on it!

Our entire family stayed in two rooms for three nights and we were thoroughly pleased. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-minute drive from Chilenchuan Grassland and very close to the Inner Mongolia Museum. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's exterior; it truly looks like a five-star establishment! While the interior decor is a bit dated, it was still spotlessly clean. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is incredibly convenient!

The facilities are incredibly old, like something out of a time capsule. Both the main and handheld showerheads were faulty. The service staff had an attitude straight out of the last century, providing absolutely no quality service. If you're looking to get annoyed and frustrated on your trip, this is the perfect hotel for you!

Location: Very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Hohhot East Railway Station. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. Service: All the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service.

I stayed at Wanhao Hotel during my trip to Hohhot. Its location is excellent, being very close to Hohhot East Railway Station and not too far from the airport, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and they even provide free airport pick-up and drop-off service.

Upon checking in, we encountered a staff member who seemed to have a chip on their shoulder, treating guests as if they were criminals. Fortunately, another front desk agent, Su Xiaohong, calmly and efficiently handled our check-in. This hotel, despite having over a hundred rooms, boasts a free shuttle service, but it only runs on the hour and can only accommodate four passengers per trip. Anyone beyond that has no choice but to wait for the next scheduled departure...

The hotel was quite good, and the overall experience was satisfactory. However, there are two areas for improvement. First, breakfast ends too early; by 9:30 AM, there was hardly any food left. Second, the parking lot is open-access and lacks proper management.

The room was a bit small, not as spacious as it appeared in the pictures. The hairdryer in the room kept automatically cutting out. I had to dry my hair in stages, waiting several minutes each time it shut off before I could resume. On the plus side, the breakfast was quite generous, and they offered a shuttle service. I wasn't aware of this when I arrived and ended up taking a taxi from the airport. For my departure, I booked the service with the hotel the night before. The hotel is very close to the East Station, just a two or three-minute drive away.

I visited Hohhot with my child and planned to go to the Inner Mongolia Museum, so I specifically chose this hotel for its convenient location. The room was clean and spacious, and the windows provided a nice, cool breeze. The hotel environment was very pleasant, and all the facilities were excellent. Definitely recommend!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it, especially if you're traveling by high-speed train or plane. They provide a free airport shuttle service, and the prices are very reasonable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast spread is also excellent, with a wide variety of options. This hotel was a truly delightful surprise during my Hohhot trip.

Wanhao Hotel seems to have quite a good reputation. I stayed there for a night during my layover in Hohhot. The airport shuttle service (both pickup and drop-off) was incredibly convenient, and the pickup driver was very professional. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, it's still pretty good overall. It's perfect for travelers on an airport layover.
