Good location. Close to supermarket, shopping centers, pharmacies, and restaurants. The room is modern designed. I didn't like the strong smell of cigarettes in the room. If I arrive in Hohhot, I will stay at this hotel again.

The service is very professional, the movements are neat and crisp, the customer experience is particularly good👍, the sanitary environment is clean, the sound insulation is good, and there is free laundry on the third floor, great👍🏻

Clean, hi-tech and great service! The free laundry room made all the difference for us folks who like to wear freshly clean clothes every day. The hotel staff were very patient with us as we tried to communicate with them using Google Translate, due to our complete lack of Chinese language proficiency. Loved being able to distance from the ever-present tobacco smoke while inside the hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again.

From the check-in at the front desk, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. Not only did they patiently answer all my questions, but they also handled them very quickly. They also thoughtfully sent a cup of warm tea, which instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The hotel is in an excellent location, and there is a bustling business district outside, with everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. It is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for both travel and sightseeing. The room amazed me even more. As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the clean and tidy environment. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were super comfortable to use, full of details. The room is also very soundproof, and I can sleep peacefully at night. The TV is very smart and supports screen projection. The air conditioner is smart and powerful. The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete, and the laundry room is easy to find and convenient. There are a wide variety of breakfasts. Moreover, warm water will be sent when you leave the store. This service is really thoughtful! The service attitude of the staff is very good. From the housekeeper to the employees in various positions, they are all very polite and greet each other warmly every time they meet. Not only did they send caring text messages in advance, they also helped me arrange the room and issue the invoice in advance, accurately and quickly.

Location is great especially for muslim as the muslim street is just across the road. Many restaurant around and the hotpot below the hotel also great. Near to many malls as well and fairly near to Hohhot Railway Station. Warm hotel room and heater works fine. Allowed to check in early so its really nice of them accommodating to my request without additional charges

Comfortable but not a very pretty room, in a very good location though. Walking distance to some of the city's major attractions. Very good communication. Good option for short stay if you don't expect luxury.

The best in this hotel is the super nice staff. The room was clean, afternoon tea is OK. I didn't try the breakfast. BIG minus - no coffee in the room. Tea, which supposes to be in the room, was never in there. This is strange because every day I had to ask the staff for tea.

I booked this hotel for the May Day holiday in Hohhot. I was quite satisfied with the overall stay. The room was clean and the location was convenient.
