Very nice river view loft. Everything is just perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the facilities were in good condition. The location is ia bit far from the ancient town, but that would not be problem if you liked the quietness and enjoy walking and ride a bike along the riverside. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The best accomodation so far in my trip in Danang.

Friendly service staff and good breakfast selection with many fresh fruits. Room is spacious, looks new and clean. It's about 20 mins walk to the Hoi An town centre. If you enjoy quietness it's good.

Wish we had spent longer here as it has everything you coud wish for - being within easy walking distance to the old town and right on the river. Talking to the owner we learned he had had 20 years in the hotel business and had designed the hotel himself. He's an artst and musician as well as a genial mine host. His attention to detail was much appreciated as well as the latest furnishings and amenities especially the marble-tiled , deep, shaded pool... Loved the choice of fresh fruit, pastries, along with cooked options for breakfast, orange juice as well as the customary tea and coffee. This is a wee gem and worth patronising with a friendly and helpful crew. We'll be back.

Stunning hotel, staff with great hospitality. Breakfast is great. Room with vintage style and quite spacious. Located near a river which is a plus. I’ve lost a thing in the hotel and staff help me find it, which is unexpected pleasant One thing to note, there is a cockroach is the room, quite sizeable. I hope in the future it can improve Due to everything happened is so great, I would neglect the slight hygiene issue and give it five-star rating. I would not hesitate to say this a truly filling travelling experience and hotel would remain my top choices when re-visiting Hoi An

All nice quiet area nice stuff

Good accommodation, clean, enthusiastic staff. But the entrance is a bit difficult to find if traveling by car. The breakfast buffet is a bit short on dishes. Will come back next time.

Dream hotel, quiet, just the right size for Hoi An. It's probably 2 km away from Hoi An old town. In the evening, we chose to walk into town to see the way of life of Hoi An people. Until the old city, it's relaxed and the weather is good. I'd like to commend you for managing the old city very well. Woke up at 8 a.m. and went down to have breakfast, simple, good quality, very good fruit, delicious pho. After finishing, I borrowed a bicycle to ride into town and went to find a place to sit and sip coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. people, tourists Thank you staff hotel cook Very welcome See you again.

A wonderful boutique hotel in close walking distance of all the sights in Hoi An, with brilliant friendly staff who made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean, well managed, and the beds are super comfy. We especially liked chilling by the pool after breakfast in the mornings! We really liked this hotel being just outside of the hustle and bustle in a quieter location, yet with a great selection of restaurants, coffee and bars locally. We arranged tours, laundry and airport transfers through the hotel, all of which were great and reasonably priced. Bikes are available for free which literally takes you minutes to ride into the ancient town. Highly recommended!

静かな地域でゆっくりと養生できました。 入口扉の建付けが悪い、浴室内で雨漏れがしていた、浴槽の排水栓を閉めても水が漏れていたなどの不具合はありましたが、それも楽しんで宿泊できました。近くにスーパーや飲み屋さんがあると良かった

The overall look & feel of the room was so modern and lovely. Location's kind of quiet and peaceful but just 15 mins away from the Old Village via GrabBike. Overall had a pleasant stay!

Our stay was really so lovely. Excellent staff who were friendly, professional, helpful and generous & willing to have a chat. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Beautiful pool. Bicycles available daily. Delicious breakfast, inclusive of offering a variety of options for my friend who is vegan. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit salad were all perfect. Spacious rooms, many which have either a full or partial river view. An easy 20 minute walk into Hoi An old town was nice on cool days, and only 30.000 in a taxi when not. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Located in a quiet location, less than 10 minutes by GRAB bike from the old town! Just under 6,000 yen per night in a river view room (breakfast included)🐥 It's cheaper if you get a city view, but I don't want to compromise on the ocean view (river view) or the pool because it's important to me. Also, there were bicycles available to rent here, so I thought it would be a good way to explore the city, so I decided to go there♪♪ The staff was very kind, and the pool was reserved for private use, so I was able to relax a lot. Poor breakfast options-for non dairy and very basic coffee and tea options. Breakfast mainly was an abundance of egg options. Nice rooms, well serviced. Nice shaded hotel pool. Most staff willing to help. Poor decision to use hotel car to airport - very bad driver, on phone constantly and had to be told to stop.
