"We booked this place to stay the night before our overnight trip to Huangshan. The hotel is located between the Tangkou bus station and the Huangshan entrance gates, so you might have to take another bus or taxi (which however are very cheap to get there. The shuttle bus you need to take in the morning is in walking distance though. Upon arrival, the host gave us a free upgrade after a friendly conversation and a lot of good advice for the following trip to the mountain. The room we stayed in was probably one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in on our travels in Asia, and definitely the best value for money so far. The hotel also offers free luggage storage and offered us to borrow some hiking poles (which we unfortunately forgot in the morning). When we came back the day after, we were even allowed to take a quick shower before getting on our Taxi out of town. Overall, we couldnt have wished for a better stay and would recommend anyone visiting Huangshan to stay here."

"Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again."

"I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The staff and especially the hotel manager 蒋丹书 went above my expectations! A lot of unexpected stuff happened just before coming to Huangshan and Jiang DanShu was not only comprehensive but also very helpful. I also had to replan my trip in Huangshan and he patiently answered to all of my questions (and there were a lot) even though I arrived late at night. Finally, I was a solo traveller without a car but he helped me to arrange inexpensive lifts to go to the places I wanted to go to and I am so grateful for that. As for the hotel, it was perfect: great location, my room was cozy, comfortable and clean. It was high tech and I found funny to see what temperature I was taking my shower at. I felt as if I was at home with friends. The staff will help to plan the hike to Huangshan according to physical health, preferences, etc. I was also given free maps, a free walking stick, a free raincoat and free lifts to the bus stations. Breakfast is available if needed for a small fee."

"This is a small family run hostel. It is very close to Huangshan North station. The owner offers free pick up and drop off to the station. Alex as the owner was very helpful during our stay at his place. He gave us suggestions on what we can do and helped us to book vehicle to go to Hongcun village and Huangshan mountain. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you very much for making our holiday perfect 😊"

"I have stayed in this inn three or four times. I chose it without hesitation this time. The environment is very good and the location is also very good. "The hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel has a strong sense of interior design and can be photographed easily. The beauty of Huizhou architecture is fully displayed. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The breakfast is delicious. There is also a chubby lobby manager in the hotel, meowing Dada, dear, cute. I hope that friends who come to this hotel will not bully it. The hotel is surrounded by Jilingshan Park, with winding paths. Every road will give you unexpected scenery. There is a warning sign at the entrance of the hotel not to pick poisonous mushrooms, and there is a small road next to it. It is not easy to be found. Going from that small road, it is very narrow at first, and then it can be passed. After walking dozens of steps, it suddenly becomes clear. A waterside pavilion appears in front of you. The scenery is beautiful. The hotel is not far from Tunxi Old Street and Liyang Old Street, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. If you don’t want to go to the commercial street, there is also a vegetable market next to it, which also has delicious braised dishes. Not to mention the hotel room, the scenery is excellent. There are different beautiful scenery on sunny and rainy days. This hotel will always be collected by me. I will come again in the future."

"General feeling: Very good environment, there is a stream outside, and a stream is also introduced into the homestay. The Hui-style architecture is more quiet and elegant. Environment: See Figure 1, the view inside the homestay, it seems that there is also a water bar. The boss introduced it to me, but I wanted to go out by myself at that time. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is of good quality, and the small sofa is very soft to sit on. See Figure 2 and Figure 3. I think this price is very cost-effective. Although there are many homestays at the foot of Tangkou Mountain. But there is no such landscape, and the bedding facilities are not up to par. The only problem is that you can hear the sound of the stream at night, which depends on the weather of the day and personal preference. Service: Thank you very much for the breakfast made by the auntie, who prepared it outside at more than six o'clock. Green pepper and dried bamboo shoots noodles, and an egg for me, are much better than the 25 yuan in the Tangkou store! If you have time, I suggest everyone to try it. The location is located in Tangkou Town, three kilometers away from the Huangshan South Gate Transfer Center. You can get a taxi at 7 o'clock in the morning. It is recommended to ask the boss in advance for earlier travel. If you are not in a hurry or have your own car, it is more suitable. There is a parking lot outside the B&B. Figures 4 and 5 are the scenery taken while walking about one kilometer outside the B&B. The scenery is surrounded by clouds and mist and is very beautiful."

I was a little skeptical at first as there was no review from a foreigner yet. However, I was drawn to the photos of the hotel interior and decided to give it a try. No regrets at all. It was a very pleasant stay, so much so that I decided to extend my stay for another night. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The house has over 200 years of history and is representative of traditional Hui zhou architecture. On our first day there, the staff, who is also part of the family clan, shared with us the clan and house's history. It was pretty interesting and you can actually find more of their historical background on the internet. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there and would very gladly choose to stay there again if I ever go back to Huangshan.

"This was not a very happy accommodation experience. First of all, the room was spacious and the view was great, which was an advantage, but the service was obviously not up to par. The breakfast was very average, many dishes were cold, and each person had a certain portion, not a buffet. In addition, my group's package included a cup of afternoon coffee and two tickets to Mount Qiyun, but I didn't get the coffee. The tickets were only given to me when I asked for them. If there were two ladies with long hair staying in the hotel, who would the 10 ml conditioner be for?
