Very Good
WWSRWMThis was our second stay with Royal Plaza Hotel. Everything about this hotel is superb especially it is linked to Moko Mall and it has great view.
But it would be perfect if the toilet has bidet. I think it is really a need to have it. Maybe the hotel management can help look into it.
CCoconut331First time staying here - the room is decent and clean. The bathroom is more spacious than average 4 star hotel. There are tables and a sofa which not a lot of 4 star hotel will provide.
And the best part of my stay is the bed. It is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept by far among all the 4 star hotels I lived in.
Overall speaking, trip ranked this as top 20 4-star hotel and I think this speaks for itself.
A bit sad that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation. But amenities are great, there are gym room, swimming pool and even massage service.
OOsca ChoiOur experience at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to its spacious rooms with modern amenities, professional yet courteous service, and prime location near key attractions. With a few adjustments to the breakfast variety, our stay would have been flawless. While the morning meal featured high-quality, flavorful dishes, the selection was somewhat restricted. Expanding the menu to include more diverse options-such as plant- based or gluten-free choices-would better accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. That said, the staff's outstanding hospitality truly stood out. They were warm, welcoming, and proactive, often anticipating our needs, whether arranging transportation or recommending local gems. Their dedication elevated our stay, making it both relaxing and memorable. We'd gladly return and look forward to seeing how the hotel continues to refine its offerings!
GGuest UserThe room is small (also very small bathroom space) and everything is very clean, came with amenities like slippers, toothbrush etc. The bed and blankets are comfortable. The temperature control works well. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to and from the international airport making it a convenient place to stay for my overnight transit purpose. You can refill water from the hallway at every floor. Overall I had a good 1 night stay.
AAustralian PeterpanHave stayed in this hotel multiple times. Always choose the executive room type of very high floors for much better views. East-facing rooms on the high floor have a harbour view. The hotel has 3 lifts serving guestrooms from level 6 to level 33. Be patient when waiting for a lift in the morning before 10am.
AalccitronThe room was very spacious. The location is in between two towns, which wasn't ideal given the day I was there was a typhoon day. View from the room is nice. It seems to be a good option for a long-term stay, less so for a place to crash overnight. Breakfast was expensive and not so tasty, but given it was typhoon I could have either that or stay hungry. But otherwise all is fine with the place.
GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!
GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.
DDavidThe hotel is located at Tsingyi which is near Disneyland and airport. There are many tourists staying at this hotel who are taking the advantage of the proximity. I choose to stay here because it is near my customer. It is part of the condominium. Only two eateries, one supermarket and a few shops within the compound. I need to walk out to the estates or take a minibus to Tsingyi MTR for meals. Good thing is minibus arrives at the condo. Hence it is consider convenient.
The lock of my room is spoiled. They managed to repair it within the same day though it is Sunday.
